Greenleaf Design Build Remodel

This group was a horrific experience. Absolutely avoid Greenleaf Design Build, Jon or Jen Carroll. They told me a price for the project. I thought it was good. Next thing I know the contract showed a 20% markup that was NEVER mentioned before. The bill jumped over $70,000! Talk about bait and switch! This was followed by Jon Carroll using a different unsigned contract. Jen Carroll did nothing to make any of these problems better. Add in that I requested additional pricing on infrastructure several times for many months in order to make a decision, yes or no. Next thing I know, it is installed, a permit pulled without my permission, and I am being charged over $5k, plus a bill from the city for the permit. I would not have done it had I known the price. Do NOT trust these people!

Greenleaf design build left me with multiple gas leaks, a burned out sewer pump, 4000 gallons of water under the house. See video.

Greenleaf designed our bathroom for us and we couldn't be happier! They were very professional and helped us get through our remodel with ease. Greenleaf Design/Build has been a part of remodeling my house, including the bathrooms, the decks, the fencing, the kitchen, and the sunroom addition. Jen Carroll, the co-owner and master craftsman, did the design, building, and consulting for my projects. He was not only great to work with, but carries a positive professional and helpful attitude with the architects, co-workers, and business owners.
