Our expert team specializes in custom pools and spas, covered structures and patios as well as outdoor kitchens, fire pits, custom waterfalls and landscape architecture and design. Although we can build any landscape style, we specialize in modern/ contemporary styles. We are open to working with homeowners designs, but they must be unique and represent the body of our company. We (owners) personally handpick all of our plants and trees to ensure that you get the healthiest and best looking plants. We (owners) also inspect job sites daily to ensure perfection of the project. Alex pours his heart and mind into his designs, and you get the reap the benefits. We recently completed our backyard with Alex's team and were so happy, we've expanded the scope of the project to cover the frontyard as well.

Alex was referred to us from a reputable outdoor retailer. Our project was relatively small seeing that we were looking for his expertise to help design an outdoor Pergola and kitchen. At the start Alex was responsive and we discussed the scope of the work at which time he took a deposit from us. We were told that it would be a two week design only turnaround however four weeks later we still had not received anything. Alex did not return phone calls nor text messages and as a result our entire backyard project has come to a grinding halt. Maybe our project was too small but a professional is a professional nonetheless and open communication is the name of the game. I would seriously question working with somebody that conducts themselves in this manner yet calls himself an expert. He eventually refunded us our deposit but the damage has been done. You have choices today so my recommendation would be to look elsewhere.

I just wanna say every one of my customers it’s 100% satisfied with our workmanship at the end of every project. With you we didn’t even get started. You were informed I had health issues and couldn’t deliver within the time agreed. Really surprises me you been a doctor couldn’t understand this and acts like he it’s been ignored. You never had to asked for a refund because I voluntarily sent your money back, I never keep money I didn’t work to earn it. I’m a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and maybe it was the best thing that could ever happened. Having unlicensed contractors install my designs might not be the best idea. I LIKE TO FOLLOW THE RULES!! I wish you the best luck with your projects and hope you can enjoy your yard soon with your beautiful family.

We loved working with Alex and his crew. He understood my vision and delivered the perfect design for my new backyard with very high quality materials and attention to detail. His crew was hard working, respectful and so detailed oriented that sometimes I had to tell them not to stress so much about it :-). When I had some very special requests, Alex himself found a solution that would work with the materials I wanted. They were at times a little slow but totally worth the wait. I am happy that we picked Habitar after interviewing two more companies. Alex is very knowledgeable and passionate about his job. He is very flexible and we were able to make changes during the construction. Alex is very accommodating and helpful as well as very creative making sure his client is happy and everything is done properly. His crew is just a pleasure to deal with, very hard-working and just nice people, which is a huge plus when you have workers in your backyard for a long time. My wife and I are very happy we chose Habitar for our landscaping project. They helped us from the initial design, through HOA approval, all the way through construction, installation, and final touch-up. Alex was great to work with during the design phase. He has an eye for detail, offered lots of creative concepts and was quite patient with my wife and I as we tried to make decisions! Our project included full landscaping of the front and back yards: hardscape, driveway-widening pavers, entry pedestals with planters, flowers, plants, trees, turf, built-in bbq, tile in the Del Sur room, and an artistic feature wall. He handled creating the landscaping drawings and getting them approved by the HOA. When construction began, they really moved! Their work was done in a timely manner, with quality materials, craftsmanship and attention to detail. Their crews were top-notch—very professional and friendly, and they kept a clean jobsite. Alex was easy to work with, always available if we had questions or concerns, and—maybe most importantly—they finished the job! We highly recommend Habitar—great company, great people!

We are so glad we picked Habitat as our landscaping company. Alex was so easy to work with. He was always available by text and was always around to make sure the work was being done correctly and to answer any questions or concerns we had. The work was done in a timely manner and to the highest quality. We had a front and back done in a new construction with pavers, new wall, pathways, planters, raised area with pavers, fire pit, built in barbecue, turf, and water wall. The turf looks amazing and we get compliments on it every time. Alex worked with us to make sure we were happy with everything and came back to work on things till we were satisfied. The workers were all very professional and easy to work with. No loud music, no smoking, just professional, friendly and hardworking. Great company!

Total landscape and hardscape to include: built in bbq with pergola, basketball court, fire pit, driveway expansion, stone work, turf, pavers, plants, trees etc... Habitar does meticulous work. The quality of work they provide is excellent. The entire crew is very skilled, respectful and considerate. I appreciate every single Habitar employee. They always made sure to clean up each day. I highly recommend Habitar, Alex and his entire crew. They really do care and want every customer to be happy!

Jose, Alex, and team were great to work with. What stands out the most - the Quality of the materials and workmanship. They paid attention to the small details - like perfectly square corners on walls, finishing details on concrete and tile, etc. They were also great about recommending ideas, fixtures, features to enhance the design. My wife and I are quite pleased with the jobs Alejandro Zamora and Jose Rubio did on our landscaping in 2015. Mr. Zamora was meticulous installing our new side yard sidewalk to the back patio. The sidewalk has a handicap ramp which helps handicapped visitors as well as the owner. Mr. Rubio installed our new artificial turf we're so proud of especially when neighbors comment on when other homes turf deteriorates after a year or so. Ours is already 2 years old and looks as new as the day it was installed. We would recommend Habitar Landscape as friendly contractors who listen carefully to home owners and complete contracted jobs to meet owner's approval.
