We met with Manny through a mutual friend. He renovated our garage this past spring, which was in a pretty dismal condition. He took care of everything from end to end and the result was amazing. Beyond "code built" - Hardcore Renos surpassed the minimum requirements of the Ontario Building code on so many fronts: balanced ventilation system, home run hot water delivery, better than code insulation detailing on all surfaces under slab, walls and roof, window rough openings that had a flashed pan for durability. We have the numbers to prove how different this build is when compared to other builders. When we consulted Manuel about renovating the main floor of our home we thought the gas fire place had to be removed. Manuel showed us some design options to relocate the gas fire place while creating more space. We were amazed!
