Working with Sarah and h design was an absolutely wonderful experience. From our initial conversation to our home’s completion, Sarah was dedicated to working with us and our builder to provide a home that met our needs and exceeded our expectations. Her passion for natural light can be seen in every room of our home. She fought hard to convince me I needed a window in the laundry room and it is one of my favorites! It is the little surprises like this that have made me fall in love with my home over and over again. Sarah was patient with me and my husband as we asked questions and made changes during pre-construction. And she was unwavering in her commitment to our project even after the drawings were finished and we were in construction. Sarah actively listened to the needs and wishes of our family and brought an expertise that was invaluable. I love recommending h design whenever I can. If we are to build another home, Sarah will be my first call.

Sarah is one of those unique people where you look back at working with her and think, "wow, that could not have gone better." We went into the process wanting a view and more space, but with some things we did not like about the current house (small laundry, small master closet, no office, not large enough kitchen). We had no expectation that Sarah could imagine an addition and remodel that would change our house to meet every one of our family's needs. But she did. She is creative, she listens, she follows-through. She worked with our builder throughout the process, without charging us by the hour like many other architects do. The remodel and addition exceeded our expectations.

It is a pleasure to work with such a creative skilled architect. She spent a great deal of time making sure the design would work for us. Her follow through and help during the construction phase has been greatly appreciated. It is going to be a great house when construction is completed and our neighbors love it too.
