Commented: additional vanity lighting This design has recessed lighting in the open space of the bathroom, but not directly over the vanity. The sconces alone for the vanity were enough in this space.

Commented: Railings LIsa, the rails for this home are PVC coated aluminum rails, balusters and posts. Hope this helps!
