ICO was one of the best contractors we have worked with in 12 years of home ownership and remodeling. Two of their strongest assets were communication and professional problem resolution. Communication was very important to us, and my wife and I were on a WhatsApp group chat with their project team – all communication was run through this app to avoid missed details and miscommunication. They were always available, quick to respond, and included detailed videos+pictures when items for discussion were identified. Any problems were quickly and professionally resolved by this team, massively reducing stress on us. Many other contractors in the past have tried to rationalize mistakes, pressure us into accepting lesser results, or point blame and penny-pinch corrections. We would 100% hire ICO for future projects.

ICO Construction came highly recommended from a family member that had used them for a major project. We wanted to remodel our master bathroom and guest bathroom. We had a very specific design in mind and some of our materials were fairly challenging to work with. As a comparison we interviewed a couple of other companies as well, but we did not get the same feeling of confidence that we had with ICO. Ilya and Or were very honest and direct in their assessment of the project, and ultimately gave us an estimate that was very reasonable. We knew from the experience of others that they were fair and true to their word, and that they put customer satisfaction above all else. The work took about two months from start to finish. There were some minor issues along the way, but as Or reminded us it was his job to make sure the subcontractors did their work to our satisfaction. We always felt like ICO was on our side. All the problems were resolved in short order, and the final product came out beautifully. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

We needed a remodel of the house in order to consolidate households. My mother's and my own. This was a large complicated project. We needed it to be done in a manner that met our high standards and done in a reasonable amount a time as a member of our household is disabled and we wanted to keep disruption to a minimum. From start to finish, we were impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to getting every aspect of the project just right even when initial work did not come out just right. We came to ICO Construction after interviewing eleven different contractors for a whole-house renovation, and they stood out for one reason above all the others: they were the only team that didn't feel like they were selling us. Where everyone else arrived with a pitch, Or and Ilia walked the house and gave us honest, realistic assessments of what the work would genuinely take. That straightforwardness set the tone for the entire project. The company is co-owned by Or and Ilia. Ilia leads the initial consultation and checks in periodically as the work progresses, and he's about as personable as they come. Or served as our project manager and was our constant point of contact, organizing the day-to-day, managing every change and decision, and checking in consistently so we always knew exactly where things stood. On site, our foreman Christian directed the crew day in and day out. He was deeply knowledgeable, conscientious, and reliably went the extra mile whenever something needed sorting. A renovation that touches every part of a house and runs a full year will hit obstacles, that's simply the nature of the work. What distinguished ICO was how they handled them. Rather than deflecting or downplaying, they took ownership of every issue and saw it through to a proper resolution. That level of accountability is genuinely uncommon in this industry, and it's what gave us confidence the whole way through. I'll readily admit I'm a demanding client, and over the course of a year I tested this team thoroughly. They never wavered. The clearest measure of our experience is that we engaged them for a second project immediately afterward and have recommended them to friends without reservation. The finished result speaks for itself.

While we encountered some initial challenges regarding the workmanship of the first team they assigned us, Or was very receptive to our feedback. He acknowledged that the work was not up to company standards and promptly replaced the worker at our request. Benjamin was then assigned to our project, and he is excellent at his craft. ICO Construction and Remodeling I have recently completed a bathroom remodel using ICO. I cannot say enough about the quality, professionalism, and service provided by this company. Ilia and his team use only quality products and craftsmen for projects. Our Project Manager, Or, communicated next steps with us every step of the way and the timeline he gave for completion was exact! I highly recommend ICO for your construction or remodeling needs! 

We contacted ICO construction to help us remodel 2 original bathrooms from 1970. We met with Sol And Ilia for a design consultation and estimation meeting, and within two weeks, we had renderings of exactly what our spaces would look like. Amazing!! We discussed our budget, and a very strict deadline date- (we have our first child arriving soon) Our project manager, Or truly respected our timeline and maintained constant communication. Or listened to our concerns, provided honest advice, notified us of unexpected costs via change orders, and made sure that any issues were remedied quickly. Very tidy job site, and they greatly respected our areas not being renovated. My wife and I are very happy to know we have someone who can do quality work, and that we trust. Working with ICO was a great experience. Their professionalism and quality of work was superb. They changed out my tub/shower area into a beautiful and spacious walk in shower. We recently completed a kitchen remodel with ICO and the entire experience was great. We would highly recommend them to neighbors, friends, and family. This was the first big project in our first home so my wife and I were very particular when picking out contracts to use. Early on in the planning process, we met with Ilya and Sol who helped us better form a vision of how we wanted our kitchen to look. They met with us several times and provided very detailed quotes on materials and labor. They explained their process and general timeline to complete a kitchen of our size. They set clear expectations on cost and pricing. Moving into the actual remodeling, Or was the main point of contact and he was very detail oriented. Any questions we had were answered promptly and any changes to the original plans were recorded in writing. His teams moved quickly and the quality of the work was excellent. We received frequent updates throughout the project so we were never in the dark on what work was being done. Any areas that we wanted touched up were taken care of without any push back. Or even had some spots refinished, that we didn’t point out, to be up to his standards. We did not make our final payment until we were totally happy with the job. Even with a few change orders, our kitchen was completed right on time. We have used our new kitchen for a few weeks now and we are very happy with it. Ultimately, the ICO team earned our trust through their clear communication, detail oriented approach, and quality of work. We would absolutely use them again.

ICO Construction recently completed a renovation of my master bathroom - which dated back to the early 1980’s. Shower, tub, floors, tile, lighting, electrical, tile, fans/vents, painting and more. I give them my highest recommendation. Excellent communication, beginning with their response to my initial request for information and throughout the whole project. The project manager and even the owner were available to respond to questions seven days a week. At the end of every day they provided a progress report along with what to expect the following day. They made regular visits to my house to inspect the work in progress. Even after completion of the project they stayed in touch to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. All the workers were courteous and professional. Each day they carefully cleaned the work and adjacent areas. At the end of the project a housecleaning service thoroughly cleaned and touched up. It amazes me how other companies and individuals didn’t respond to my inquiries or ghosted me after promising to provide a quote. Importantly, ICO is local with brick and mortar offices in the metroplex. I would be leery of all those virtual companies who devote most of their resources to sales and marketing and then sub the work to random contractors.

ICO remodeled our outdated “dinosaur” Jack and Jill bathroom. Their attention to detail, ongoing communication, and quality of work were all outstanding. I would highly recommend them for any remodeling project. We will definitely call them for our next project.

Just really a peaceful smooth process for a whole first floor renovation! Master bathroom, Guest bathroom, kitchen, wood floors, stairs. All just amazing. The results are amazing but the process was also amazing! Very clear and concise communication, and problem solving throughout the whole process. All subs from all trades were very professional and truly excellent in their craftmanship. You hear horror stories about dealing with contractors, and dealing with Ilia and Or was just the opposite. We hired ICO Construction & Remodeling to remodel the kitchen in our rental property after a water leak left us scrambling. We live overseas and the significant time difference, on top of everything else, made hiring and working with someone on the remodel challenging. We had hired a different contractor to remodel the two bathrooms in the house (also as a result of the water leak) and it was an absolute *and I stress* absolute disaster so we were anxious about the kitchen remodel. However, ICO restored our faith in the contract construction industry. ICO was high quality, professional and organized from start to finish. They developed a professional plan and an organized and proper invoice for services. Each time we made a change, we received updated documents for approval. They communicated daily throughout the process, providing pictures and videos of the progress. They treated our tenant with respect for their time and space, and were professional while in the house. They addressed any issues or concerns we had immediately and were mindful of the time difference when they needed to discuss anything with us. The end product was beautiful and seamless. We are keeping them as a contact in case we need any more work done on the house, and have already recommended them to family for their own projects. I cannot stress enough the professionalism and quality of their business and work. You would not be sorry if you hired them for your project!

We are thrilled with how our library project turned out. We completed construction of our new home a couple of years ago but left one room unfinished with the idea that we would eventually turn it into an intricate old English styled library. As the years passed by it had devolved into a makeshift storage room and we would close the doors to avoid the unsightly view. This room has now become the pride of our home. Feels like we’re living in a painting. We get so much joy every single time we walk by our library. Having built our home as a new build, we have had plenty of experience working with contractors, tradesmen, etc, but have never had such a pleasant/easy/seamless/PAINLESS experience as we did working with ICO. Ilia and Or truly care about their projects and are incredibly diligent on delivering on what you’ve asked for and what they’ve promised. After the headache of our initial home build, we didn’t know it could be this easy. Unlike our prior experiences, they would anticipate hiccups and come up with reasonable/thoughtful solutions before broaching it with us. Because of this we never felt we had to sacrifice any part of our project. Communication was exceptional, we never had to chase them with questions. They are so detail oriented we never felt the need to micromanage or constantly scrutinize their work. They kept us well updated throughout the entire project. This was a HUGE endeavor and it was a great relief to know we could trust them at all stages. From every individual trade involved, we could see the pride they had in their work and it shows in the quality of the end product. Edyd, the designer involved in our project, took our ideas (some of which were admittedly far fetched) and created something better than we could have ever imagined. We were so lucky to have her involved in every step of the way from conception to completion. We feel incredibly fortunate to have stumbled upon ICO on a standard internet search for contractors. We will be forever grateful for what they have given us and have only the fondest memories when thinking back on the experience. Proud to say we keep these doors open wide now at all times.

I had the sincere pleasure of working with ICO on our master bathroom remodel. It was a complete gut and redo job. ICO was professional, honest, respectful, and responsive throughout the entire process - from sales to design to construction to wrap up. ICO Construction is great! We contracted with ICO for a full kitchen remodel in January of 2024. Due to some issues with foundation stability, the project was unable to kick off as scheduled. Although the delays were not the fault of ICO, they stayed in constant contact with us as the foundation repair was completed. As we moved into design phase, they were available for any question we had, and we had a lot! The more we dug into the scope of our remodel, the more items we found that we wanted to add before demo began. ICO was prompt and accurate with change orders as the project continued to take shape. They worked with us through the changes in scope and materials selection. When demo day arrived, the work started on-time and the communication for scheduling of work was always spot on. The contractors they used were professional, competent, and courteous. ICO used What’s App as a real-time communication tool and it worked flawlessly to keep us informed. The work was executed professionally and with skill. Anything that wasn’t to our satisfaction was happily fixed or modified. The project wrapped in mid-May of 2024 and we couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen. I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to ICO for any home construction/remodeling needs in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone needing quality work.

I cannot say enough about our experience with ICO Construction. We wanted to remodel our master bathroom and it was going to be a big job. I had already had bad experiences making calls trying to find a contractor until I found ICO (I believe through Yelp). Ilia answered my call and was friendly and interested from the get-go. He set up a time to visit that same week. I also had a quote set up from another vendor, but once we met Ilia, we canceled the other quote. Even though Ilia is the "salesman" of the company, we could tell he had enough technical knowledge to make us feel comfortable that ICO could handle the job and make our vision come alive. Next Illia returned with his partner Or, who serves as the project manager. They took measurements, provided a quote, and gave us a veteran's discount. The best part is that their service includes access to an interior designer, Edyd, who came tile shopping with us and helped us choose our shower wall, shower floor, bench, niche, and bathroom floor tile. She also provided a visual rendering of what the final product would look like. Or provided me with a material list and I purchased the supplies. Having never done this before, I appreciated that Edyd calculate the exact amount of each tile I needed to buy (with 10% overage) so I didn't have to try to calculate anything myself. The subcontractors ICO uses were all fabulous. Hector and his crew were the main contractors, along with Alex the master plumber, and Eric the electrician. All 3 had immense attention to detail and cared about the quality through their work. Hector and his crew were in our house every single day for about a month. They were very trustworthy, so much so that I felt comfortable leaving them here alone with them when I had appointments or work commitments. They hung up heavy duty zippered plastic doors in several areas to minimize the dust, cleaned up after themselves every single day, and treated our home with respect. They were always in a good mood and pleasant. Despite several change orders (such as us adding new carpet throughout the house), the project was completed on time. Or was excellent with communicating with us every step of the way and was always proactive. I never had to chase him down or wait for him to get back to me. Best of all, at the end of the project, they sent a cleaning team to make sure everything was dust free and spotless. And they scheduled a closing meeting to review the project and make sure we were completely satisfied. They even brought us a thank you gift from Bath & Body Works. We plan to use them again next year and I can't wait!

Our experience with ICO was amazing from the minute they gave us the quote until the project was done. We were nervous selecting a company to redo our bathroom, but Illia, Or, and Benjamin made it a breeze. You can trust these guys to do the work on time and with great quality. We just had our kitchen remodeled by ICO and are extremely pleased with the final product. The whole process was made very easy and stress free through their great communication and attention to detail. If something was wrong or not to our liking, we were never worried because we knew that they would make it right. They would regularly show up while work was being done to check how things were going and would send a message at the end of everyday of what was accomplished that day and what will be done tomorrow. I cannot recommend ICO, Ilia & Or, highly enough! We had a very challenging project remodeling a 115 year old home. This included adding a master bathroom to a room that used to be a porch & fitting a staircase into a very narrow area in order to create a master closet/master suite. The pictures do not even show how beautiful & perfect the work is. They give so much attention to detail & truly treat your home as they would their own. Communication was exceptional with video updates, photos (we were out of town). We have done several remodels over the years & have never had such a seamless process with such an impeccable quality outcome. Truly grateful for the exceptional experience & the outcome better than we expected or dreamed.

My husband initially chose ICO for our home improvement project, and - though I am usually the one who orchestrates those decisions for our household - I can say without reservation that it was the best decision we could have made. From the initial design walkthrough to final touch ups, Or and Iliya were responsive, communicative, and professional. They helped us solidify a vision for increasing storage space in our kitchen by creatively suggesting an idea we hadn’t considered - moving our garage door - which ultimately allowed us to add on the kitchen pantry of our dreams. A smaller part of the project included revamping our 70s wet bar to be more functional, removing a sink we didn’t use and building custom cabinetry to match our kitchen and house a new wine fridge and more storage. Though the square footage of this area was tiny, the impact of the new storage and look of the bar has elevated our entire entertaining space. ICO also did a custom paint job and installed wainscoting for our first baby’s nursery room and even installed a custom wraparound shelf for a toy train set. It’s hard to understate how happy we are with the quality and look of the work. But even beyond that, living through construction was a surprisingly painless process thanks to the organization, creativity, and thoughtfulness of the team leads and crew. We will recommend this company to our friends, and also consider them for all future home projects.

ICO Construction has made my dream kitchen come true. Ilia takes time to explain the work to you and has great ideas and input. I have the kitchen of my dreams at an affordable and reasonable cost. Ilia was also very responsive to my request and really walked me through the process. My kitchen went from looking like a kitchen from the 70's to a kitchen of my dreams. Ilia installed drywall, cabinets, crown molding, flooring, new doors, new shelving, an island, new lighting, recess lighting, a dishwasher and also painted the kitchen. The team has not only been able to accommodate our tight timeline, but ilia went above and beyond to help us throughout the entire process. The crew is present on site everyday until the project is completed, always cleans up at the end of the day, and is very mindful of our space. I found ICO Construction through a quick Houzz search along with a couple other remodeling service. Ilia was very timely on getting back to me and setting up an appointment to come out. He knows his stuffs and was able to give me an estimate right away. He worked with me on a couple of options for my kitchen remodeling project. Ilia was very patience with me as I keep on changing plan and adding more stuff to the project. He also worked with me to keep my budget down and done the work at a reasonable price. Overall, I'm very satisfy with my newly remodeled kitchen and would definitely use their service again in the future.

They helped us remodel our master bathroom. This was the second project we worked on together, and we couldn’t be any happier with the results. This was such a great experience! Ilia and Or were amazing at making our bathroom remodeling an easy and stress-less process. Our bathroom was initially a total mess, with water leaks , mold, so basically unusable. Once everything was done, Ilia and Or transformed our bathroom into a new paradise for us. We are very happy! They helped us plan every detail, from scheduling to material purchase to recommendations of layout/looks. Communication was above and beyond, made it easy for quick answer/questions. Installation was all done by professionals so quality is superb! Flexibility was also appreciated as they handled our mold situation terrifically. Ilia and Or are very proud of their work and it shows!
