The contractor communicates very well and was happy to answer a ton of questions before, during and after the project was completed. This contractor focuses on quality work done by experienced local tradesmen. The whole project was well organized with a blueprint and a schedule for achieving certain project milestones. You are not left in the dark here. The use of a detailed written contract was also very welcome and reassuring as a consumer. The payment schedules was tied to the completion of project milestones- not dates which is very good. I found this contractor to be very transparent in the way they do business. I would not hesitate one bit to recommend Iconic Renovations to anyone. For my next project in the future I will exactly know who to call first.

this company renovated my house and they did a very poor job considering the amount that they charged me. I am very unsatisfied with their work. It is almost a year and a half after they finished the job and still I find spots that either were not painted or painted very poorly. I highly discourage anyone to hire them.

We worked with some of the people at Iconic in the past, for a basement reno, and we were certain to seek them up for our main floor project. We were impressed with Iconic, and we would recommend them to our friends and family. Iconic are professional, respectful, and talented. I've know Dorian and Robert for many years so when it was time to have my basement finished, Iconic was the first company we called. Just had a basement renovation completed with Iconic and Wow !! Iconic exceeded our expectations from day one. They provided a schedule for what they anticipate to be working on each day and they delivered and the job was done in a timely manner. I have loved working with this team. They are passionate about doing a good job and always care about what I want. They are fun to work with (which I'm sure is not common when building a pricey home) and very cutomer centric. My project is not yet done (due in Spring 2016) but so far, best building experience ever.

Iconic homes is a high end custom home builder, but with many years of experience. We have worked with them even before Iconic homes was created and there attention to detail is the reason for their success. They hire high end finishers and it’s noticed.
