“EE Homes built a custom 2400 sqft home for us in 2007. The communication through the process was fantastic, and all issues were dealt with promptly. The home is very comfortable and has their special walk system which really makes a difference. We had no hotnot cold spots, and the noise from outside rarely made it into the house. We highly recommend them and would build again.”

“Cross Country Builders are extremely knowledgable and experienced with creating and building custom homes. Their team of trades people are true craftsmen who are passionate about their work and it shows in quality and detail. Most important to us was that our home was on time and on budget and, we had regular communication with the team. This included formal build meetings at specific completion points to our very frequent phone calls or emails - and they always answered their phone or promptly returned a message. They worked hard for us, advocated for our needs when necessary and ensured our money was spent on what mattered to us. I will build with them again but until then, my next call to Cross Country will be a renovation project!”

“Since the first time I ever set foot in a Scott Arthur Home 14 years ago, I wondered how they did it. I remember being dumbfounded by the staggering amount of millwork that was installed in the home and being completely astonished at how it was humanly possible that a painter (which I had only been for a year or two) could make something look that amazing! The bar was set very high for me that day, and I am proud to say that now, after 14 years of practice, we are the company that gets to paint these timeless Georgian style homes. “We bought our first new Home from Park Royal Homes at Crystallina Nera Way NW in the North East of Edmonton. Our experience with Park Royal Homes has been amazing. During close out/walk through training, the Builder explained all that we needed to know from insurance to the operations of our appliances. We haven't any significant issue with the house. A few concerns were immediately taken care of. Communication with Park Royal Homes Customer service has just been great. This is a great builder and they care about the satisfaction of their homes owner. I will recommend and use them for my future work.”
