Bonnie is amazing. I met her several years ago when we needed to replace our upstairs carpet. She took the time to come to the house, and explain all the different types of padding and carpet, and why a customer should spend more on the padding rather than the carpet. It does make a difference. We also had her give us options on replacing the carpet on the stairs to hardwood. We are very pleased with both of these projects. My mothers house had flooded, so we had Bonnie come to her house and give us a quote on vinyl flooring planks, She explained how it was a more durable and economical solution since we were selling this house, We are buying a new property, and will have Bonnie help us the this project too.
