We recently had our roof replaced, stucco repaired, and the entire exterior of our house painted by ING, and we could not be happier with the results. From start to finish, Golan was extremely easy to work with. He was responsive, thorough, and clear in all of his communications. He consistently kept us updated on the progress of the project and let us know when to expect the workers, which made the process much easier and less stressful. This was a big job, but the entire project was completed surprisingly quickly and efficiently. The quality of the work is excellent. The roof replacement and stucco repairs were done beautifully, and the exterior painting completely transformed the look of our home. We were also very impressed with the crew. They were professional, respectful of our property, and remarkably neat. At the end of each day, they cleaned up the work area and made sure all of our gates were securely closed. Overall, we are extremely happy with both the quality of the work and the experience of working with ING and Golan. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor.

When my 14-year-old air-conditioning stopped working in August, I called ING for help to replace it. Golan Danino promised to send one of his workers to come look at the unit. Because the unit needed to be replaced, he recommended the 5-ton American Standard “Silver Series” HVAC unit and began the process of obtaining the permits from the City of Glendale for replacing both the air-conditioning and heating units. Within days the HVAC unit had been delivered and installed. The City inspector signed off on the permit yesterday morning. I am enjoying a pleasantly cool, comfortable home at the close of the summer. I first met Golan Danino in 2009 when I needed the bathroom floor repaired in my 1927 home. He personally came to inspect the condition of the floor, even going under the house to determine the extent of the problem. Within three weeks the ING crew had demolished the entire bathroom and replaced the floor and all the fixtures. My husband was so impressed with the quality of the work and efficiency of the workers that he asked ING to consider renovating our entire home from the foundation to the rafters. We presented our plan to ING and agreed on the cost. Work began as soon as the City of Glendale’s Design Review Board approved all of the proposed changes. The house sill plate was bolted to the foundation. Extra footing was poured to support the steel beams and clay tile roof. Lathe and plaster walls were replaced and insulated. The knob and tube electrical system was replaced with copper wires. The previous utility porch was reconfigured to form a second bathroom. Hardwood floors and double paned windows replaced the aging floor and louvered windows. The first HVAC system was installed to replace the floor furnace. As the house was completely renovated, ING poured a concrete driveway, laid brick patios and walkway with the decorative tiles as required by the Design Review Board. The last item was laying sod for the small backyard. I trust Golan Danino for advice on needed repairs. He hires the best crews who work efficiently and are careful to clean up the work area at the end of each day. They arrive on time as promised and are very polite and considerate of my family and neighbors.

I am thrilled to give ING Construction my highest recommendation due to an excellent experience with our kitchen + bathroom remodel. Golan is exceptionally talented and is truly the person you want to lead your project. As a first-time homeowner and someone who has never done a remodel, I was concerned about finding the right fit for many reasons, two of them being we were not moving out of our home during the remodel and have a baby. However, I felt I was in the right hands the first time I met him. Golan is gifted at what he does and has been doing it a long time, and was very creatively engaged throughout the whole process. His input was invaluable and he answered questions we didn't even know we had, and came up with solid solutions when we needed them. What really stood out to me, though, was his personality. He's funny, kind, honest, and really cares about his clients, and that obviously makes all the difference. You want to work with someone who gets the job done well, yes, but you also want to work with someone who you enjoy speaking to and who just gets you, since a remodel is a very personal project. He's also professional and communicative, easily keeping in touch with our designer, who is based on the East coast, and also has a nice rapport with her. His team is also exceptionally talented. They're kind, communicative, and made us feel totally at ease the entire time. They are so good at what they do and no ask was too big. I couldn't believe how quickly work was done, and how NEAT they were. Every single day, they took real care to seemingly clean up every speck of dust they could, especially since they knew we have a baby. They are true professionals through and through, and were so respectful of our home. My husband and I would be so happy to work with them again in the future, and I will recommend them to friends and family who also need work done.

As a designer, I was thoroughly impressed with our experience using ING Construction on a recent kitchen and primary bathroom renovation in Santa Monica. From the very first walk-through, Golan was personable and responsive, taking the time to talk through our proposed elevations and ideas before even providing a bid. Golan and his team, were great! Very friendly, considerate, arriving early everyday and super fast at getting things done. However what I really want to call out as exceptional, is that we had various surprises during the project, things no one was expecting to find when we started the remodeling. This is where Golan really exceeded expectations, he was helpful in explaining things, coming up with plans for the team to tackle these new side projects, and help us solve a major water leak in an outer wall, all seamlessly and with minimal pain as a new house owner. Definitely looking forward to working with ING and Golan again in the future when we start our next home improvement project.

I had my roof replaced by iNG Construction. Golan was pleasant and straightforward about everything. The workers were prompt and on time. They were respectful and polite. However, there was a language barrier, if I needed to communicate anything I'd have to call Golan, and then he would communicate it to the workers. Both times when the inspector came, the workers had already left without letting me know. Fortunately, he said he would sign off on it at his office. They cleaned up the job site at the end of every day. However, I found some things left unattended after the job was finished. They had left a loose cable in the backyard, and the side of the house was a little scrapped up. After informing Golan about these problems, he promptly came and had the cable removed and repainted the side of the house. My gate was pulled out of alignment during the job due to being left open. I did ask the workers to close the gate after going in and out of it, but it was left open. After the job was done, I had to get a handyman to fix the gate .

I found Galon Danino and his coworkers to be exceptionally gifted and creative. They constructed a beautiful new bathroom (I love) in the same amount of space that was a cramped and ugly (and I hated) . This was done in a timely manner yet they always had time to listen to my concerns or questions. They seem to enjoy and take pride in their work. I would recommend them highly not only for their broad base of knowledge but their ability to hear what I wanted and be excited about our collaboration. Where as other contractors I interviewed just told me how it had to be done and focused more on just updating rather than creating an entirely new space.

I can’t recommend ING Construction highly enough. They are easy to work and very professional. They stuck to a schedule, used skilled workers, and were reasonably priced. Our bathroom was finished in about a month and it’s beautiful. We’ve heard about contractors who don’t show up for weeks or do poor quality work—so glad we didn’t have those problems. We will definitely use ING Construction in the future!

When it comes to house or condo or commercial construction, ING Construction should be your first choice. ING construction are quick, efficient, clean, high quality work you just wouldn’t get with anyone else. We pass their name to everyone who’s looking for construction work to their home dwelling. A little history… My parents in Glendale, CA had a cold call 2009 when they needed to redo their bathroom to their 1927 Mission Revival house. Because of the excellent work my parents requested there services again in 2010 to renovate the whole house. In 2021 my husband and I needed the ceiling removed in our condo unit to see the termite damage. (Luckily it was very minimal.) and while it was open, put in recess lighting inside. We sold the condo this year (2022) and bought a house. Where we, once again, called ING Construction to do what the house inspector fixes were needed to the 1979 house up to code. We had a drain place in the back. New dedicated gas line to tankless water tank plus earthquake shut off valve to gas meter. Added bathroom fan vents to vent the moisture out. New vent pipe to the washing machine in the garage. New roof to the house plus adding solar, as well. They were extremely fast, and the quality is unmeasurable. We will always use them in the near future. (as in next year painting our house exterior as well as removing the popcorn off the living room ceiling. Besides the year after in remodeling our two bathrooms.)

We did our balcony water proofing and two bathrooms counter top and tile floor with the help of Golan and his outstanding team, such a delight working with all of them started with the first call to Andrew Business Development Manager and Orly always stand by the phone to accommodate clients need. I definitely recommend to anyone who appreciate quality work, they are not cheap but it is worth every penny. Thank you Golan, team and ING for making our home beautiful.

Golan and the team at ING construction did a great job on the lighting installation and fixture replacement. They were on time, and worked with us to make sure we were satisfied with the work. The patching and painting work they did was seamless and looks like new. Would recommend hiring.

This was our first time renovating a bathroom and we needed a lot of handholding. Our project manager Golan was happy to hold our hand along the way and he was quick to respond to all our emails, texts and calls with his expert advice. He also provided a wonderful sketch of our bathroom with a shopping of list of what we needed to buy and how much each item would cost. Here are the pluses: 1. He promised a renovated bathroom within 6 weeks and he turned it around in 3. 2. Golan was good at quality control. A few times when the workers delivered less than stellar work, I talked to Golan and he would have them fix it. 3. Golan went above and beyond and even drove to Van Nuys to pick up our tub for us. We got off to a rocky start with a last-minute (day-of) push to our demolition date and a last-minute scramble to buy a tub. My advice is to get a schedule of when you need the fixtures so you're not constantly rushing to buy things. Have your tub picked out before you have a start date and you should be fine. Overall, we are very pleased with our bathroom and would work with ING again.

We had a bathroom remodel and household repairs (stucco, drywall) project. As soon as we met with Golan, we knew we'd be comfortable working with him. Even though the job was small, Golan and and his crew stayed in touch throughout the project so we knew the who, the what and the when to expect workers on site. And there were frequent check-ins to make sure we were happy with the work. The workers were all very professional, cleaned up at the end of each day and the quality of the workmanship was fantastic - from the plumbers, tile installers, shower door installers, painters. - as well as the workers who repaired the drywall and stucco. The job was completed on time and we are super pleased with the results. We look forward to doing more work with ING Construction in the future and highly recommend them.

Our experience with ING Construction completely exceeded our expectations. We met with Golan and instantly felt comfortable moving forward with our home project. ING was referred to me and did an excellent job finishing up. I am so appreciative that they were able to step in a finish everything easily. I needed someone to come in on short notice and do master level work on refacing my old brick fireplace. I interviewed six companies, three from Houzz, and the only contractor to stay more than 10 minutes and ask good questions about the project was ING Construction. ING's price was slightly higher than the median bid but their work product was worth every cent. The job was completed to our great satisfaction in a few days. More importantly, their experienced masons solved unforeseen problems without delaying the project or adding cost. Also, they left me a nice hat and sunglasses, so bonus!

We had a wonderful experience with Golan and the team at ING. We bought a home and had a long list of repairs, upgrades and improvements that needed to be done in a short time frame so we could move in. For starters, we replaced cabinetry, installed new flooring and created a walk-in closet. Golan was also able to take care of patching up a lot of damage to the inside and outside of the house from a full electrical rewire we had done. He was also able to seal up our roof, help us with a sewer issue, and repaint almost the entire interior of the house (as well as parts of the stucco that were damaged from the electrical work). We also had him cut through a concrete wall to create a separate entrance to our back yard, which came out beautifully. Not only were we able to complete every item on the list, we were able to do it in under four weeks and on budget. Golan was able to communicate with our other contractors to coordinate the timeline that allowed us to move in on time. His office at ING called daily with updates of exact status of each part of the project, and Golan was readily available to address any questions or additions to the project. We'd recommend ING to anyone. The prices are very fair with no unpleasant surprises, and Golan is such is such a nice guy we were even able to have fun with the project despite the stress of a new home. I met with Golan in December of 2018. I was looking to turn the house into a Duplex. Golan has a keen understanding of L.A.'s complex rules, regulations, and fees. There are a ton of Inspections that must happen as well as a complex set of codes. Also, there must be a Civil Engineering and Architect to do the drawings. Having a Company that could do all this for me was the one of the things that first attracted me to ING Construction. Golan and his team knows the market and they know what people want. I let Golan take the lead in the design aspect. Golan loved it and picked out an interior that had a great modern look and flare. He made other suggestions (such as sliding doors and etc.) that would grab the attention of people who wanted to live there. A concern I had to was doing the job right, where the house is built to last and will not be needing serious maintenance every few years. Golan had an eye for high quality while working with my budget. Golan is very personable and will establish a personally relationship. He and his team are organized, they call you back quickly and they stay ahead of issues (and if there are issues, they handle them efficiently). Golan's team also helped with repairs in the main house (gutters, piping, and etc.) Basically, anything that has a house needs, Golan and his team can handle for you. It's now all complete, the people living there are very happy with their place and I have solid peace of mind. He comes strongly recommended by me.

Great experience with ING Construction! Worked with Golan to get a quote for bathroom remodel for condo. We received several quotes but we chose ING because Golan had good ideas for design changes that other contractors did not point out. Price was fair and reasonable. Very professional and reliable, from the initial phone call to ongoing interactions. We also worked with Edon who was our on the ground contact. He was awesome to work with. He is extremely helpful in coordinating the project, and went above and beyond to help make this project easy for me. I was organizing the remodeling from out of state, and it was helpful to have someone who always takes your calls and responds easily via text when I had questions. He always had a positive attitude and is a pleasure to work with. I can't stress how professional the team is here!

ING was our contractor for a studs-and-all reimagining of bathrooms, laundry, master closet, and foyer - all within the confines of our condo's footprint and restrictive LA County permits and inspections. Our goal was to not just remodel an existing space, but to wipe the slate clean and rearrange walls and utilities to reflect aesthetic and functionality goals. Our architect recommended Joe and the team at ING. Our project had many challenges that required Joe to work with us to re-engineer preexisting framing, HVAC, plumbing, gas, and electric once they were exposed after demolition. This was a job that required a lot of problem solving and Joe was up to the challenge. His high standards meant having some details redone because they weren't executed well enough to his eye and he encouraged us not to compromise our vision - all within the the budget we set. ING's craftsmen and subcontractors laid everything in beautifully. One aspect of the work (custom glass - outside vendor) failed after a month or two and Joe shared our dismay, having it corrected and reinforced so perfectly you'd never know there was a problem. We were emotionally prepared to have the result be 95% of what we wanted and we would have been happy, but ING gave us 100%. The only downside was slow communications at times. The upside: a 100% custom space we have been enjoying for a year now since completion and plan to enjoy for many years to come. As for courtesy and cleanliness. ING's workers hermetically sealed the worksite and did one bathroom at a time so we could continue to live alongside the work. They took great care not to disrupt or litter our condo building and grounds. The craftsmen were great guys, always pleasant and polite. Everything was tidied as much as humanly possible at the end of every day. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't dream of trying anyone else, no matter the bid. ING is a stalwart, expert partner to take you through your project. Joe is honorable and has a great eye. Most photos are before and after of the exact same spot.

Working with ING was a great experience. They started on time and were able to finish the project within a few weeks of the estimated deadline (and we only ran late because of shipment of our tile.) They were courteous and polite, and we were able to trust the construction crew to be at our house without us being home. We love the finished bathroom and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others or use them for future projects.

If you are looking for an honest contractor that does great work, ING Construction is the one to call. We had them build a recreation room onto our detached garage, which came out amazing. 4 years later we called ING Construction back, and had them turn the Rec room and part of the garage into a legal ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit). 3 of my neighbors have now used ING Construction. What better recommendation can you ask for than that.

The ING team is great. They are responsive, collaborative, highly-skilled and a real pleasure to work with. Having worked with several contractors in the area now, I would give them my highest marks. I have worked with ING on many occasions and plan to work with them on many more.
