“So pleased with my new shower from Platinum Home Builders & Design! The process was so quick; I had my dream shower installed in A Few days ! I didn't think that was possible - I had the same shower tiled in '08 and it took nearly a month to install. I couldn't take looking at the moldy walls any longer - no matter how hard I cleaned nothing helped. I am so thankful for the Microban feature; it keeps my shower clean and keeps me protected. “We have known and worked with Jose and Sandra as they helped to design and build our dream home several years ago. Besides being very talented, conscientious, dedicated, and consummate professionals, they are genuinely kind hearted, wonderful individuals. They have built numerous homes and complexes and have a solid seasoned and veteran construction crew who are also very courteous, talented, and take pride in their workmanship and building homes as if they were for their own families. Jose and Sandra are very responsive, thoughtful, honest, honor their commitments, worked very quickly, and are well versed and effective working with building agencies and the permit and approval processes. They also are very involved, onsite, and personally invested in making sure that the project is on time, on budget, and meets the owners' needs and desires. They not just build houses, but they are passionate about building unique, solid, and aesthetically beautiful homes that will be enjoyed for many generations. It has been about ten years since they completed our home and we are everyday enjoying living there tremendously, we constantly receive compliments from friends and families, and we love it. No issues or concerns about the home even after all these years. “So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“After 5 years of saving, I finally decided to remodel my home. I had to have my master bathroom done a specific way, because I've always had a vision of "the perfect bathroom". I called Progressive Builders see what they had to offer. They gave me a very reasonable estimate for what I asked for. They also answered my all questions and gave me no hassle at all. I wish that more companies were like this. They were very patient with my every request. It was a pleasure working with Progressive Builders. I'd highly recommend them for any remodeling needs because they have what it takes to satisfy their customers. My master bath is beautiful thanks to them.”
