Flow did all the design work on my 1200 sf "treehouse" apartment in Kitsilano. I worked with Nicole Varga and because I have an extremely busy professional practice there was no time to hand hold. I would work with Nicole to expalin what I would like the renovations to look like and let her take it from there with a budget in mind and some general ideas. The result is a fantastic unique space. Flow nailed it! There were no surprises on costs as NIcole worked carfeully with my contractor to find solutions within the budget.

Loved loved the staging. We increased the value of my home exponentially through the staging. It was hard to part with my place after the staging.

We hired Fliw Smart to completely stage our one bedroom apartment. They were professional, arrived on time and did a fantastic job. The staging was beautiful and was perfectly done for the neighbourhood. Would definitely use them again.

Flow Smart Living did an outstanding job staging our freshly renovated 2 BR condo in Kitsilano (Vancouver). I met w/ Sarah H for the estimate, and she read the space really well, and furnished it quickly and beautifully. While there were a few hiccups on staging day (mover's truck broke down), Sarah was resourceful, responsive, professional and reassuring throughout. Together, Sarah and Spencer got it done before the photographer showed up late day. The condo had the desired "Wow" impact, and it sold in less than a week for well over our asking price. The removal was quick and painless. My only suggestion is to bring (or ask us for) a small palette of matching paint to to use to cover the nail holes from hanging the artwork. Otherwise, AWESOME job...Thank you!!

I had a very specific look in mind for my clients' needs. We had to get their home on the market and fast. It was crucial that the staging company understood who the target market would be. I had not previously used Flow but liked the sound of their approach. To say I was impressed would be a gross understatement... Suffice it to say the home sold in one weekend - two weeks before Christmas in the worst snowstorm. Flow is now at the top of my list. Did I mention they are also reasonably priced? Flow - cover your ears:)

Did an amazing job of freshening a dated property for re-sale. The furniture and accessories took the property to a new level. It sold quickly and for the full asking price. The Flow team are professional, efficient and bring a high level of aesthetics to each and every project. This was not the first time I recommended Flow...they continue to impress!
