I originally bought a house built by Patrick at Dunavon 9 years ago and have kept in touch with him ever since. He has done some renovation work for me in a subsequent house. He has always been efficient, timely, respectful of my time and honest. He will always provide multiple solutions to issues with detailed costs and timelines. He always provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision. The work of his craftsmen is top notch and I am completely satisfied with all the work his crews have done for me.

This company has done a great job with my place. The contractor they hired are professional and the quality of work are very satisfying. We are very please with a piece of frost glass panel installed in our entrance hall. From a 2D design, the pattern on the frost glass panel is transformed into a 3D masterpiece. Our master bathroom has also been transformed into a spa like heaven with a wet room enclosure. The hardwood floor, tiles and carpeting is done with care and the quality of work carried out is amazing. We were able to stay close to our budget. However, the completion was delay for over a month. The best part is that Dunavon Development is able to come back to continue with maintenance of the work they have done. I would say this is good customer service.
