I wish there was a 10 star option on this rating, and even then it wouldn't be enough to describe how incredible and invaluable Jaime's input has been on our extensive home remodel. I proudly call Jaime my Architecture and Design Rockstar! She has gone above and beyond her scope of work description in our contract to ensure that my husband and I truly get our dream home. When our architect was delivering mediocre work, she took matters in her own hands and completely redesigned the plan herself. We truly have a home now with significantly higher architectural value only because of her persistence to get things right design wise. She never hesitated even once, even though architecture re-drawing is not typically the definition of an 'interior designer' and was not mentioned anywhere in our contract. This just goes to show that Jaime truly goes above and beyond to make sure her clients receive the absolute best no matter what the circumstance. While she and her team juggle many important and repeat clients she truly always makes time for you when you need her the most, and will give you her undivided attention to meet your deadline. She has carefully listened and understood our needs and wishes and worked tirelessly to meet our demanding requirements and budgetary preferences, and always with a big warm smile. We cannot ever thank Jaime enough for all that she has done to ensure we truly get our dream home and have wholeheartedly recommended her to all our friends & family. We were thrilled with the work Expressive Designs did for us. They helped us manage the project, worked with the contractor and subcontractors. Jamie was extremely professional in every aspect. When we had a painter that was doing subpar work, she contacted another painter. He was here the next day and picked up the job within 48 hours. Jamie took our ideas and molded them into the designs that fit into our house, and truly made it our dream home. She was always available to us, and no request we made was to great. She is trustworthy and reliable. We would never do another project without her. Besides the fact that she is a lovely woman, she really listens.
