I can’t say enough great things about CJ Designs! I’m probably not the easiest client (I don’t always know what I want, but I definitely know what I don’t want ). Jen was so patient with me and incredibly accommodating as we changed and tweaked the style of our renovation along the way. In the end, we absolutely love how everything turned out! We get so many compliments when people come over, and I owe so much of that to Jen. She was amazing to work with, and I couldn’t recommend her enough!

I had a great experience working with Jennifer and CJ Designs. From my first call, I felt Jennifer got to know me and my style very quickly. She has great taste and was very thoughtful when picking pieces for my rooms. I can be indecisive at times but she has been extremely patient and understanding and I’ve never felt pressured by her to make choices that don’t fit me or my style. She is very professional to work with but also makes you feel like a friend which makes the whole process more fun. I owe so much to her for her help and vision to complete my house!

Jen is awesome! She is so creative with her designs. This fall, we worked with her for the SECOND time on a project in our home. We wanted to update the main floor bathroom and mudroom. She suggested using leftover rock from our fireplace that she had remodeled for us a few years ago. At first, I thought that was a bit odd, actually. But then she showed me pictures of the rock wall that she was talking about, and I loved the idea in our home. It turned out better than we even imagined!! She also worked with a contractor who was able to expand the shower and even make a barrel shape at the top, which we love. I had no idea these concepts even existed, and that is why we hire Jen! She can make your builder-grade subdivision home unique and custom! She is very conscious of our budgeting and using what we already have for her projects, and when we wanted to utilize the space in the mudroom for storage that was formerly used for a washer and dryer, Jen searched for the perfect match of cabinetry to seamlessly install under the upper cabinets that were there. Again, I was skeptical! However could she pull that off without looking like a piecemeal job? But we were SO impressed with how she did find the perfect match for the now lower cabinets for much-needed storage. Also in the mudroom, she helped us update the old sink into a doggie spa for our pup. Our dog loves the sprayer and we love the tile. Jen is so thoughtful to take pictures of our dog and chose the frames for him in the mudroom, too. It's perfect! We would NEVER think of working with another designer but Jen Wells. Even working with different contractors, ect., Jen always makes amazing end results with our projects! When she does her final photo session and she brings some staging items, I always ask her if I can purchase everything! Vases, towels, pillows...everything just looks perfect in ways that we could never imagine. Go with Jen!!

This was exactly what I was hoping for an expected. Communication was spot on, budget and purchasing was very transparent and exactly what I was looking for. Timing was again, transparent, reliable, and to my expectations.

Working with Crissy and Jen at CJ Designs has been an absolute pleasure. From start to finish, they were incredibly friendly, approachable, and attentive to our needs. Working with Jen was an absolute dream come true. I had no idea how or where to begin with a house "refresh". As soon as she and Crissy came in for the consultation, they immediately suggested I take advantage of our dated and underused fireplace and turn it into the focal point of our home. I had never thought about taking it out entirely and using the 2-story wall of our great room for a stone floor-to-ceiling fireplace with floating shelves on either side...with a chandelier installation that I never even dreamed of. Now, I just wish we had done this a decade ago! Jen really listened to my style choices, and tying renovations to my existing furniture and artwork. Jen made it so easy to pick color, design, and even furniture options on their website. She and Crissy gave us the idea for more eating space in the great room, as well, with a gorgeous sofa bar. The "mood board" Jen created made it simple to see the big picture of how we wanted the great room to tie into the kitchen and dining room, as well. It does not look like it was pieced together...this modern, rustic design looks like it was always here. She elevated the dining room to an entirely different space based on her mirror, lighting, and paint suggestions. She even helped update the kitchen with new backsplash and a custom stove hood that I requested. It is beautiful. Jen was there for helping us choose the contractor, painter, and electrician, as well. With me being a busy, working mom, Jen made all of this so time-saving and even more affordable for my family and me with lots of price points on her shopping. Even down to the small stuff, like pillows and lamps, she gave her expertise at any hour of the day. She is a lovely person to work with, and I cannot thank her enough for our "new" home, and it was complete in time for my child's graduation party!

Crissy and Jen were easy to work with and made the whole designing process a breeze! Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed and they were very professional. Would recommend to anyone needing a creative eye.

Crissy and Jen are an absolute dream team. They have an amazing eye and really listen to what you want. And when you have no idea what you want, they come up with the perfect design- something better than you could ever imagine! They are so nice and fun which is an added bonus. Crissy and Jen of CJ Designs did an absolutely amazing job on our bathroom remodels (master and kids'), master bedroom, den and dining room. We started the project with the two bathrooms and then added additional rooms because we were so happy with their results. They listened to what we were looking for, stayed within budget and not only matched the vision, they exceeded it! I worked with Jennifer on the staging of my home. I had never worked with a stager but understood it was highly recommended. The process itself was very organized. I had a clear list of what to do after my stager left. Jennifer also explained the “why” of her recommendations; that is, we were designing for the home to show well for an open house rather than for living. The outcome of the staging was clear from the open house feedback (our home showed extremely well) and the sales price ($75,000 above list price). CJ Designs will cater to your needs by charging less to leave you with a clear to do list or charging more to do it for you. I enthusiastically recommend them!

CJ Designs helped us do some minor remodels and re-decorating. They were easy to work with (despite our indecisiveness) and we love the results!

I really enjoyed working with CJ Designs. They helped me redo my living room and were very good at figuring out my style and making great suggestions. I found them easy to work with and they were mindful of my budget. They were also a tremendous help with a kitchen that I was in the middle of designing in New Hampshire. They worked with photos that I gave them and came up with great solutions for a 1920s lake house, giving the new kitchen a look that blended perfectly with the old house. I couldn't have been happier with the results. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
