Jeremy has done a number of projects for me over many years . Although I have worked with others in the past, I find him to be uncannily instinctive in understanding what I am looking for , and in finding it for me . He sources non-stop and is totally committed to a project : He is very lucky in finding just that perfect thing as a result . I totally trust his opinion and he is flexible enough to take mine into account , which is nice . He understands cost constraints and respects budgets . But most important to me is that his talent is continually evident and he is a pleasure and a joy to work with : great sense of humour , down to earth and just a little bit naughty , a perfect trio of fun, versatility and productivity . I couldn’t be more pleased than I have been with the results. Plus, he loves Color !! No white boxes Thankyou !

I have worked with Jeremy for a number of years now and look forward to every project we work on with him. He has such a great eye for colours and tastefully puts together rooms that make a space warm, welcoming, and functional. One of the things that I feel separates Jeremy is his attentiveness to his clients’ needs/wants, but then his ability to show clients elements that they hadn't thought of. One specific case was of a client that only had traditional rugs in the past, but wanted to modernize their new condo. Jeremy showed them how a modern rug could update a space without alienating existing traditional pieces, and tie-in 2 other spaces by harmonizing a specific colour. He also does a great job of always communicating with his clients and suppliers to ensure that everyone remains on the same page from start to finish of every project.

We met Jeremy through a client of ours. After purchasing our first home in the city, the condo needed a serious update to the kitchen space. Having Jeremy on board was a lifesaver; he liaised with the condominium, coordinated all the contractors and putting the pieces together, not to mention the wonderful design. Even with a slight detour of the to-be-kitchen, Jeremy offered great suggestions and helped point us in the right direction when choices felt overwhelming. He helped keep the budget in check, supplying us with spreadsheets as to the cost and savings of our different choices. On top of that, Jeremy’s connections allowed us to secure certain coveted items that would have otherwise slipped through our fingers. We can’t recommend Jeremy enough; he was kind, passionate, and his knowledge of everything art and design helped translate what we were looking for into a reality.

I met Jeremy on Houzz. I was impressed with his presence and style and thought he would be a good fit for my design and decorating style. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable and has a wide range of abilities. He is conscious about budgets and keeps you fully informed as to the process involved. He designed a stellar desk for me and had it built to my specifications. I liked the fact that when I wasn't sure about choosing finishes or fabrics he gave me good options. I was kept informed of the process along the way. He is open to changing paths mid stream and is very passionate about his work. My house is feeling more like a well dressed home and I'm excited to do my next project with him!

Jeremy is a highly professional, detail oriented Interior Designer. Jeremy is involved in every step of his work, from the design through the manufacturing process to the installation and beyond. Jeremy is very personable to work with and is always available to answer questions. Jeremy is open to suggestions and works through any problems very methodically. As a design consultant for a major residential developer and as an independent decorator, I have admired and followed the work of Jeremy Aykroyd and Aykroyd Design for several years. This interior designer operates with impeccable standards. Jeremy Aykroyd is a talented designer with exquisite taste who is able to translate one's concept into a beautiful rendition of the client's vision. He is honest, straightforward, follows through on his promises and has excellent resources upon which to draw. He is particularly gifted with color and fabric.
