My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Custom chandeliers run from $1,800 for a small, simple fixture to $12,000 for a large, complex installation. Most 4′ to 5′ single tier fixtures are in the $3,000-$5,000 range. If you like the Form & Reform aesthetic but are looking for ready-made fixtures, Sarriugarte designed Restoration Hardware's Camino line. He will be releasing a second RH line in Spring 2014.

Jon Sarriugarte is not only a master of his craft, but a true artist and pleasure to work with. These hand-forged beauties make a statement in every local restaurant I have seen them in. I can always catch someone commenting or pointing. I would love to install one of Jon's spectacular chandeliers in a client's entry hall or a smaller fixture over a dining table.

Jon makes Beautiful custom metalwork specializing in light fixtures. They are non fussy chandeliers with a vintage look. They incorporate high end patinas (something very few people do these days), vintage light bulbs; he can even work with LEDs!
