Julia Diamond is an AMAZING designer and so FUN to work with!!! She is personable, loaded with personality, talented, has impeccable taste, highly skilled, and never at a loss for ideas or options to suit your taste!! She has helped me select paint and fabric colors with a sharp eye for the subtleties, and has also been sensitive to my tastes, which are not always so daring. I now have beautiful hand-made, high quality draperies in my family room due to Julia's suggestions & effort, all made in a local factory including the custom iron rods and hardware. She has improved several of our windows with sleek custom solar shades that reveal our view as well as hand-crafted custom shutters with added unique design detail, all made by local shops, helping the local people and economy. Julia is an amazing professional as well, super timely and will go way out of her way to help you and understand your needs. Recently, I reached out to her for a rushed wood floor installation and she helped me make the color/texture selection and most importantly - get it installed with the best orientation. Without her, I would installed it orientated "the other way"-- instead of a mundane look, consultation with Julia has resulted in a very classy finished room which I am thrilled with. On our own, while intentions might be good, we often make the wrong decisions or take the advice of an installer with different motivations or overall experience. Consultation with a designer -- especially Julia --will avoid those errors, and help you make the optimal selections & decisions, giving you more enjoyment of the finished result and enhancing your investment. Julia will inspire your imagination and revitalize your energy for your home. She is truly a kind and amazing person and a gifted designer!! I can't thank her enough and I highly recommend her!!

I have worked with many designers, both for my own home as well as for rental apartments but this is the first time I have ever felt compelled to post a review. Julia is just that GREAT! She really listens to what I want, makes brilliant suggestions when I'm unsure and is extremely professional, responsive, talented, caring (I always feel like she is just as invested as I am and goes out of her way to ensure I will love the final results), as well as honorable and fun.. I also love how I can give her a theme or show her a space and she will recommend options, which i would have never even thought to consider and yet the final results were incredible....far better than anything I could have envisioned. If you are looking for the best of the best and someone you can trust as both a designer and a human being -- Julia is the one.

I have used Julia since first moving to California over ten years ago and have stuck to her like glue. Now in a new condo, she has again helped me to realize my perfect home. Her vision is fresh and she is not afraid to mix eclectic styles together-- of which I have several... I could not think of a more consummate professional for my interior design needs.

What a wonderful person to work with. She knows her stuff and is not bashful in letting you know her opinion. She worked with us on picking carpets, wall coverings, paint and shutters for our windows. We get a lot of "wows" when people come in the front door. She even had some ideas on certain areas of the outside of the house to paint contrasting colors.
