September 18, 2025 Based on Julie’s reputation, we decided to take a real flyer. We hired her to do a large amount of work in our home while we were away on vacation. When we returned, we had a redecorated master bedroom and powder room and a renovated master bath and guest bathroom. We were beyond happy with the results. Not only were all the rooms beautiful, but the house was cleaner than we’d left it. Even the windows had been shined. The process was easy and pleasant. Julie listened very carefully. She did not push anything on us and did her best to give us what we wanted while gently steering us away from potential mistakes. She was indefatigable in finding just the right materials and she didn’t stop until we were happy. Fastidious as her crew is, Julie came by every day, just to make sure every detail was perfect. After researching, speaking with, and looking at the work of other interior designers in the WPB area, I found that Julie's work matched our style. We were beyond pleased. We have worked with other great professionals in our northern home and commercial spaces, but Julie's model was above and beyond. In addition to her lovely eye for design, she has her crew, schedules the job, makes sure all the materials arrive on time, avoids delays, and inspects them for any faults or damage. She is on-site at least once daily to ensure everything is as planned and to make minor adjustments as necessary. The outcome gave us the beauty and coziness we had hoped it would. Julie's fun and pleasant personality makes us sad that we won't see her every day now!

We recently moved to Florida from NY and decided to get a fresh start with new furniture. I found Julie on houzz and immediately loved her style. We started working together when I was still in NY. It was a truly wonderful experience. She was able to handle all the ground work in Florida while I wrapped up our old home. She worked within our style and budget and seamlessly brought it all together. Most importantly to me, she had our kids amazing rooms and playspace done ahead of the rest of the house so they could come into their space and feel immediately settled. I don't think I've ever seen them as excited as when they walked into her phenomenal playroom. I am so proud of our new home and much of that has to do with Julie's design. We had the good fortune to hire Julie LaBruna to remodel our bathroom. While we expected a fine job from her because we knew she was a true professional and highly regarded, we were literally stunned to see the level of workmanship, smart design, and practicality that she and her crack crew of craftsmen delivered. When Julie and her men had completed the bathroom, she asked me what my thoughts were about it and if I liked it. I said “Julie, this is not a bathroom, it is an experience! “ In fact, to this day, it remains a sensational experience. The individuals that she hired to come to our home are professional, friendly, and of top quality. They are, indeed, superb craftsmen. Since we are limited to the number of stars we can award Julie , we certainly are giving her a five star rating, but I’d really like to give her more. After my first meeting with Julie, I knew that she could pull off what I was asking for. I wanted a space that blended some of our existing furniture that we had purchased for our modern mountain home with new pieces to reflect our current surroundings after our move to Florida. I told Julie that I like to decorate with a neutral palette and bold pops of color and texture. We wanted furniture that is un-fussy and comfortable. Julie set to work with those marching orders, acknowledging that this was an interesting and novel assignment. She quickly delivered mood boards with furniture brands that were in budget, some of which were new to me. When we turned our attention to fabrics, she delivered a great selection and I fell in love with some of them instantly. This set the foundation that we built upon. Julie and I worked well together. She never hesitated or balked about finding alternatives for things I didn't like. She was professional and quickly offered alternate selections. She never tried to dictate to me in a way that some designers do. She took direction, offered advice and counsel and helped facilitate a design that my husband and I love...and all of her furniture selections, even the dining chairs that we did not have an opportunity to sit in before ordering, turned out to be beautiful, solidly made and comfortable. She quickly resolved any untoward issues with items that arrived in less than perfect condition. The job was completed in a reasonable time frame and we couldn't be happier with the result. We just love our new home! If the job of a designer is to bring about the vision of her client, then Julie delivered 100%. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Julie to anyone.

When we met Julie we knew that we wanted to knock down the walls and open and brighten up our home and we selected a gorgeous Quartzite that we had to have in our new kitchen. Major problem though, I could not source a kitchen that I liked. I had floor samples all over my house and the stainless steel appliances I wanted would not arrive within a reasonable time frame. And as anyone knows who has every done any renovation project, that was just the tip of the iceberg! Enter Julie, she calmly and methodically put together a plan, introduced us to her team and got to work. To add to the challenge, we had to work remotely as this home renovation project was for our second, part-time home. Julie spent countless hours on the phone with us, emailed and sent photo updates as the work progressed and kept everything on track. Julie put together beautiful mood boards for each room with the furnishings and once again patiently spent time with us until we nailed everything down. When we walked into our home for the first time (Julie went to the house ahead of our arrival and put all the lights on) everything was more beautiful and bright then any one photograph captured. The transformation is truly remarkable. Her team takes great pride in their workmanship. They truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend Julie for your decorating or renovation projects. She is wonderful to work with. We still have one room left in the house to remodel and we are currently working with Julie on bedding, window treatments and on some fun layering pieces!

We bought a new build and needed it decorated asap. Once we were recommended to Julie we couldn’t have been happier. We have finished 2 great rooms, kids room and now adding finishing touches! She knew exactly what I was looking for! I am beyond happy!!

Julie recently completed a full remodel of our master bathroom, plus a few smaller projects. She and her team did an absolutely fantastic job!! She brought beautiful design and material suggestions, listened when we wanted to tweak something (always available and quick to respond) and managed the project very effectively. The best experience we have ever had with a remodeling project! We had two bathrooms remodeled, and the result greatly exceeded our expectations. This was my first experience working with a designer and I have to say I could not have hoped for a more talented and professional designer than Julie LaBruna. She is truly wonderful to work with in every way! She has a great eye for design and has the resources to pull it all together. She had creative ideas for our family room refresh which included an amazing ledger stone TV/fireplace wall we've been wanting for a long time.
