Avoid this company at all costs. The owner tells you he will be at your house and then never shows up. We had him install, actually I should say try and install , some tvs in our house. He had to wait 10 months to get the proper remote but during that time the other tvs were not installed properly. Equipment that he did not own was stolen by one of his subs and after an entire year, the last two months he had ALL the equipment and remotes, he still wasn't finished. You have been warned.

We initially hired Frank to install a new large flat screen TV over our fireplace. He worked with a woodworking specialist to design a beautiful piece along side and above the fireplace to provide an attractive and perfect installation, with the wiring run through the wood panels and underneath the house. Our DVD, smart phone and other devices synch seamlessly with the system installed, which is controlled by a universal remote. We recently had Frank out to upgrade the cable wiring for our home, which was old and outdated. Again, he did an excellent job. His pricing is always fair, and he stands behind his products and his work. When we have had a glitch in the remote or a product failure (rare, but it happens), Frank handled those issues in a timely manner. Frank is extremely knowledgeable and has consistently been responsive and professional. We recommend him with the highest regard.

I received Two bids for my entertainment system, One from a company I have worked with for years and was very happy with, but after reviewing the pricing and talking to Frank I decided to go with Ambrosic Home Theater. Frank has done a Fantastic Job for us and we have been extremely Happy with the system and his quality of work. We have made several adjustments and add additional items to the system and Frank has always been very fair in pricing and always lived up to comments he made to me.

We have worked with Ambrosic Home Theater for over five years. We previously had a whole house A-V system installed by another company and were never satisfied with the results. Frank Ambrosic came out, evaluated the entire system and corrected problems with the previous faulty installation. Subsequently, we have had AHT upgade and maintain our equipment as well as install a whole house surge suppression system. We have found the company to be reliable, efficient, cost competitive and extremely professional. All work is done in a timely manner and the neatness of Frank's installations is most impressive. When we did a total remodel of our home in 2014, Frank Ambrosic came highly recommended by our Architect, Jim Ogden. We soon found out why - he is a professional and a perfectionist. Ambrosic Home Theater wired our home for sound - inside and out, internet booster antenna providing adequate coverage inside and outside and home theater with surround sound in the living room. We purchased our entire sound system, television and household surge protector through Ambrosic. He not only installs what he sells, but he stands behind all of his work. When we recently decided it was time to upgrade the television in the Carolina Room to 4K it was an easy decision to call Ambrosic Home Theater. If we have any AV or home surveillance needs we will continue to call Ambrosic Home Theater as we are extremely happy with everything that they have done for us.

I used another firm to install a complete home system including an 8 seat theater. I encountered numerous problems and very shoddy workmanship. I called Ambrosic Home Theater and they immediately tackled all of the issues including completely redoing my AV center. They were very professional, extremely responsive and did an outstanding job. I cannot recommend them highly enough if you are looking for a a first class AV system or upgrade. They posess the knowledge and skill to handle any type of job whether it's big or small. .
