Working with John Kappler & his team (Robert Young) was one of the best decisions we made when we decided to build a new home. When we first started the process, we had a floor plan of a house that we really liked, but wanted some tweaking done to make it our own, plus we wanted to add an ADU. Once John listened to what we envisioned, it was just magical to see what he did with the final design. It turned out very different, but still had the essence of what we were looking for. John & team are so creative and easy to work with. We are very pleased with the finished project and have received so many compliments on the design. We would 100% recommend Architectural Innovations!

We've had the pleasure of first working with the team at Architectural Innovations in 2018, and are currently working with them on a custom home now! He understood exactly what we wanted and delivered a beautiful result. Our home is now featured in a magazine. Yes, it is that incredibly good looking! What a great Bellevue and Seattle area Architect. John Kappler and his team went after a super modern design for me and its a building that stands out. People will drive by and stop and ask all kinds of questions about the design and are equally impressed. I have owned and operated a business here in Downtown Seattle for almost 2 years now. And on a whim, the city sent us a notice for additional permits for our operation. We called 20 some odd architects throughout the city and received only one 1 call back. But honestly, that was all we needed. The city gave us a 1 month deadline that was in no way accomplishable, and I was in a rush for filing documents with the department of planning and development. John from Architectural Innovations came out the next day, and in less than 48 hours we had plans for the city. Drawings, occupancy documents, fire code info and so on. Their turnaround time was amazing. And when the city came back with more questions, they always responded within minutes. In the end, the city gave us the permits we needed and approved variances to the city codes based on John and his teams work. They have always been prompt, and extremely detailed in all of their work. I was lucky to have found them.
