Karen Carpino Design

Ms. Carpino is a very pleasant lady and I was very much looking forward to working with her on many projects - the first project was to choose colors for the walls of my apartment. This turned out to be very disappointing (in time, money and outcome). Even the painter pointed out several issues and considerations that were entirely missed. I spent a lot of my own time working with her but, at the end, none of her recommendations worked. But, this was not the only disappointing part in my interaction with her, after all such things do happen, some interior designers see right away what the client likes and some do not. What truly disappointed me was the fact that I stated my concerns and frustration twice but I received no feedback at all, I felt I was totally dismissed so I did not pursue any projects with her. She even asked me to return to her the BM paper samples (!) we had gotten from the store ! - not that I needed them, I just found this request of low taste.
