I have worked with the KKH Design Team for nearly 2 years on multiple rooms. Their designers and support staff are incredibly talented & responsive. The designs are thoughtfully curated from a collaborative effort of customer input. They have sourced many creative and unusual pieces further enhancing the value of their design service. I highly recommend working with this amazing team!

Kathy Kuo exceeded all my expectations on the planning process, products and design services. They helped me create our forever lake home. The color palette and fabric selection took into consideration the amazing water views from every level. Our designer was on site for all of the furniture delivery and was hands on setting everything up to make it look perfect. Highly recommended the company and design services. Motto family

They won't stand by the most basic warranty claims even after spending $30k on furnishing for a new home. I've never seen anything like their approach. Who would by no-warranty home furnishings? They must by it damaged or used.

I was notified on monday, may 9th that the bed was to be delivered on wed. May 11. I then got a delivery time from the shipper that it would be delivered between 8am and 6pm. I had paid $200 extra for the recommended white glove service where they actually bring the bed in and set it up. It required us to remove our bed frame prior to deliver. Since it was a full day window for delivery, we both took the day off and disassembled our bed and moved it to the garage in preparation for the delivery. As the day went on, the window narrowed to 4 hours while changing those 4 hour times throughout. Finally I got a call from the actual driver saying he was 25 minutes away from our house. An hour or two later I got a call from Metro, the delivery company that there truck had broken down and that we'd receive and update later in the day regarding a new delivery time. NOTHING. I called and emailed Kathy Kuo and got a very nice man on the phone named Steven who was going to get to the bottom of it on Thurs and get back to me that day. It didn't happen. I called Steven and he didn't answer. Finally I got an email back from someone named Anj with Kathy Kuo who apologizes and said the shipper would contact us. I explained we're sleeping on a mattress on the floor because reassembling our bed was not going to be easy. She offered $50 credit. Seriously? I paid $200 and the shipper has not given me service. We're still sleeping on the floor with NO contact from the shipper and no way to contact them. I would NOT use Kathy Kuo if I were you. Their customer service is a joke. Run don't walk away from this compan

Avoid this company if you can help it! We bought two $1000 chairs site unseen. When they arrive too big for the space, we had to pay 15% restocking PLUS cost of shipping to AND from us to return them. We got less than 50% back when they got brand new unused chairs back at no cost to them. Not a company that cares about the customer. And frankly, their product is not worth the price. Shop elsewhere.

BUY ELSEWHERE!! All the negative reviews on this site are accurate. If you're dealing with an issue with Kathy Kuo Home, don't bother calling, the customer service phone number doesn't work. I've pointed this out via email chat and email, but I doubt the company cares. I'm writing this review hoping someone responds to my inquiries about the damaged table. Whether the issues with my transaction are a Kathy Kuo Home policy/practice or with the vendor, Gabby Home Products, BUYER BEWARE. Full story: The table was intended for a new home which has been under construction. Shortly after it arrived, I realized the table would not work in the evolving space and requested a return. 6 weeks later after multiple attempts to communicate with Kathy Kuo customer service and being told they would accept the return, I was then told the vendor would not accept a return due to the time that passed. Understandable, sort of. However, when I finally opened the box with the intent of repurposing the table elsewhere, I noticed 3 out of 4 corners on the base were very badly damaged. I notified customer service through email, sent pictures of the damaged base and the undamaged box and still no response. My prior issues with the attempt to return and lack of response on the damaged table have left me leery of Kathy Kuo's customer service standards. Shipping/damage/return issues are not uncommon with furnishings for larger projects, and most companies handle the process easily and with customer friendly responses. Almost all items on Kathy Kuo's site are available through competitors that offer better customer service, so I suggest you do your research and BUY ELSEWHERE.

KKD creates a red-carpet design experience from start to finish. Their customer service treats you like a VIP. This is the second project I hired them for, as they did a gorgeous job the first time within budget. Both times, they created magazine-worthy results, just like their pictures! They create your design based on your style, whatever that may be, as they don't have just ONE style. I never felt pressured into anything and felt the designer truly understood the vibe of the project. KKD presents you with options to achieve your vision, which is the fun part, but will not hesitate to give you their opinion if you need more guidance. They can even tell you what sofa you will find most comfortable! The expertise and customer care at KKD is second to none. You are guaranteed to come home to a jaw-dropping work of art and enjoy the process!

So happy with this team. They are collaborative, creative and beyond professional. It was a joy to work with them and I’m so impressed with their finished project.

The team at Kathy Kuo did an incredible job on our nursery. From helping me with custom wallpaper to selecting paint colors, a glider and sweet prints for above the crib, they really went above and beyond. The process was easy and I was able to go back and forth with the design team to find the perfect pieces for the room. The design team kept on budget, and on time, and let me give as much input as desired. They also suggested the best shipping/delivery options to ensure everything arrived safely. I would definitely use them again and am so delighted with the finished product.
