We hired Kristiann to design our new home from the ground up, and the result exceeded every expectation. From schematic concept through construction details and final styling, she brought clear vision, thoughtful space planning, and a consistent aesthetic that feels both timeless and highly functional. Her drawings and specifications were precise, and she created a comprehensive design book for the workers to follow. What stood out was her problem-solving during construction: proactive suggestions to optimize lighting, storage, and material choices that saved time and cost without sacrificing design intent. Communication was excellent, she provided regular updates, quick responses to contractor questions, and helpful site visits ensuring decisions were implemented exactly as intended. She also listened closely to our lifestyle needs and translated them into clever, beautifully designed, livable solutions. We appreciated her professionalism, respect for our budget, and attention to detail in finishes. The finished home is beautiful, comfortable, and uniquely ours. If I dare say so myself, is a master piece. I highly recommend Kristiann for anyone building a house from scratch. She is a true partner through every phase of construction.

Kristiann was a pleasure to work with and transformed our old master bathroom into a beautiful, spa like space, exactly as we wanted but which we could not create on our own. She immediately understood our style. She was very organized in progressing through the project in a stepwise fashion from discussing our budget and wants, creating initial design concept presentations, making revisions in perfecting the design we chose, and guiding us in choosing and purchasing materials. She was always responsive to all of our questions and concerns. She clearly kept track of purchases/budget and was very helpful in dealing with vendors. She worked very well with our contractors and provided clear plans for them to follow. She created a binder with renderings, design plans and materials, and also met on site with contractors during the job to specify the location of lighting and plumbing and to design the layout of tiles. We are so happy we chose to work with her and we love our new bathroom!

Kristiann is an absolute dream to work with--a highly talented visual designer, consummate professional, excellent client relations and a lovely person. I hired Kristiann to design my main and hallway bathrooms in our three-bedroom, prewar coop in Brooklyn. I am NOT a design person and worried that I would make the wrong choice. As soon as I started working with Kristiann, my anxiety abated and I felt totally confident. Kristiann intuitively understood what I wanted--something modern, spa-like, high-quality but also within my budget. She has a great design eye but is also practical and presented me with great options, we made decisions efficiently which worked with my busy schedule, and when any challenge presented itself, she quickly found a creative and cost-effective solution. I am so thrilled with both bathrooms and so grateful to Kristiann. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and now that the rest of the apartment doesn't look as nice as the bathrooms, may do just that!

Kristiann of K-Ann Kreations & Design is a true creative professional. Our project consisted of an update to a hall bathroom and complete redesign of our primary bathroom, bedroom and walk in closet. Her designs are not only breathtakingly beautiful but also extremely functional and maximize storage space. Kristiann was able to incorporate timeless materials in a modern design. Working with Kristiann was a pleasure. My fiancé and I needed an almost full house renovation- 2.5 baths, kitchen, library/fireplace room, laundry area, as well as painting all rooms. The project was a huge undertaking and I’m so glad that we had Kristiann to guide us on this journey. She truly listened to how we needed each space to best work for our family as well as what our design aesthetic was and delivered amazing renderings within the first few weeks of meeting each other. She always answered texts/emails in a timely manner. Something that we truly appreciated was that we never had any issues with getting in contact with her. From May 2021 to December 2021 I think I spoke to her more than my friends! She was great to bounce ideas off of and was very patient with any changes/questions that I had. I didn't know I needed or wanted to work with a designer but am so glad I did. Kristiann made the process so seamless, not only as a designer, but also as a project manager and advocate during materials sourcing and construction. Thanks to her I now have a beautiful and spa-like bathroom that is more than I could have ever imagined. Simple elegance is how I would describe the final product -- clean lines and understated colors with a few fun elements to make it interesting. The design process was a pleasure, with Kristiann taking time to meet with me and my husband to get a sense of what we liked before pulling together some sample renderings. The design evolved organically when we went shopping for tile and fixtures -- she was able to steer me towards products I love but would not have necessarily picked out myself. (I love the stone pebble tile on the shower floor!!) Her demeanor is professional and collaborative -- she listens to her clients, solicits their input and provides her expert advice to achieve the optimal design. Good balance between "holding your hand" thru the process and providing space for your input. Before the project was even complete I was already thinking of other rooms in my house that I would love to collaborate with her on!

Kristiann was amazing! Her 3D renderings of our kitchen and bathroom made the process so much easier. I came into this not knowing what I wanted or where to start and she held my hand from start to finish. She even found a way to make my husband and I’s different tastes work together. My new kitchen is now my favorite room in the house! I could not have done this without her!

Kristiann was a pleasure to work with. She brought innovative, modern design ideas to the table while we were renovating our restaurant, bellasera ristorante located in Larchmont. While also managing the many people and view points that were involved in the process. She helped us find the most cost efficient ways to bring an extra flair to the space without taking away from our elegance. Our clients love the modern edge of the chandeliers while also appreciating our history through the beautiful black and white photographs she printed.
