In this day and age we tend to forget the magic of taking something from a plan or a blueprint, from one dimension and creating it into being. Bringing it into our world of three dimensions. We have been fortunate in our remodeling journey to have found Kitsap Kitchen and Bath to remodel our thirty plus year old kitchen and master bathroom as well as refinishing our well worn and tired hardwood floors. We can not say enough good things about KKB. To a one, they have been a real pleasure to work and create with. Their services are comprehensive from design to materials, demo to construction as well as great and responsive project management. All of their subs were top notch and brought a high quality of experience and expertise to the job. Every step of the way we felt that we were in good hands and our best interests were first and foremost. Both of our projects were handled in a cost effective and timely manner

KKB did an amazing job on our kitchen and TV room remodel. I would highly recommend them. Their project manager Randy Tores was awesome!

They have a great team that walks you through design to a beautiful new space. As former custom home builders, they know how to size up a job. They can anticipate challenges an existing room might have in redesigning and know how to create solutions. There are no surprises. They coordinate all the subs and make sure the job is done right. They stand behind their work. And unlike some contractors, they are neat and clean and keep to a schedule.

My wife and I had discussed updating our 23 year old home for 3 years and finally decided to do it now that we have both retired. We feel fortunate to have chosen Kitsap Kitchen & Bath (KK&B) for our master bathroom, guest bathroom and kitchen remodeling. KK&B answered our 3 primary concerns (1) staying within our budget, (2) not needing to become experts in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tiling, and interior design, and (3) being confident that our contractor would meet our requirements within our budget. We gained appreciation for KK&B's two part remodeling process as the project progressed. The first part was the stand-alone design task which delivered drawings, task breakdown, schedule, parts list, and a firm quote for the entire remodeling project. At this point we could have signed the remodeling contract, modified our requirements, or walked away. Both Tracy, our talented designer, and Randy, our project manager answered and re-answered our numerous questions and concerns. They advised us, and provided options and alternatives, as well as discussed the cost and/or schedule impacts of these options and alternatives, explained the actual construction procedures employed, and provided an entire task execution schedule with major project milestone dates so that we felt confident about what and when to expect before committing to the actual remodeling task. Randy was extremely attentive throughout the actual remodeling task and made it a priority to make sure we stayed informed about events so that we continued to be comfortable about the work and schedule as it progressed. Tracy and Randy cared about adhering to the budget and achieving the best outcome for us, as much as we did. All the tradespersons working on our house were extremely competent, polite and respectful of our home and property. Of course, there are many different paths one can take to do a remodeling project. However, we feel choosing KK&B minimized or eliminated a lot of our anticipated worry and stress, and resulted in an enjoyable experience. My wife and I would definitely recommend KK&B to anyone considering a remodeling project.

KKB designed a bathroom remodel for us. We purchased all of our products from them including tile, cabinets, fixtures and lighting. The designer was fine to work with, but when I wanted to consider a change in the layout of the shower accent tile, she told me she would have to charge me by the hour. that wasn't in my budget so I didn't do it. Our real problem was with the owner, Jim. I should have been tipped off when he came to our home at the beginning and criticized another bathroom remodel that we just completed. Then, during our project, we had a problem with the tile installation (our contractor) and Jim was no help in helping us identify solutions. Every time we talked to him we just felt angry and frustrated.

Multiple kitchen, closet and cupboards. Took two months to get an estimate and their prices were exorbinate Did not use them but they never followed up on their bid. Found another contractor whose prices were way more reasonable and they did a good job.

Contacted Kitsap Kitchen and Bath, and 4 others, for our master closet and bath remodel. Personnel were friendly. Surprise was KK&B were the only ones to charge to review our needs, schedule, budget and prepare a bid. After our initial complimentary discussion, next visit was at $75 per hour to prepare dwgs and bid. Their practice is to give back a portion of the design consulting fees should you choose to sign a contract with them, otherwise this is their fee to meet and bid your job. For the $2,000 we got 8 computer dwgs and an estimate that was $20,000 over our stated budget. We went with another company. Make sure you get the design fees and deliverables clearly defined, and in writing, BEFORE proceeding.

We have hired their services for remodel twice. Both times we were extremely happy with the results. They were all professionals and great to work with!
