As one of the top Washington, DC remodeling contractor firms, Landis Architects/Builders has been in business since 1990 specializing in residential remodeling, design & build projects. We focus on Washington DC and surrounding metro areas including MD and VA. Our design team is managed by two licensed architects. Our design/build process provides one point of contact from design through construction. We use the latest in technology to help clients understand the changes to their home, especially on large, complex project where they can walk through the renovation using virtual reality glasses. We complete additions, kitchens, bathrooms, attics and basements. We have an in-house master electrician and plumber.

Commented: may I ask the size of these individual windows? thanks Each window is 2' 6" wide by 6' tall, and there are 4 windows.

Commented: Where is the shower head? Or is this only a bathtub? The shower head is on the opposite wall from the tub filler. That was the configuration of the original tub in that same location and as this was a condominium, we did not change the plumbing.

Commented: What kind of flooring is in this picture? The flooring is 4-inch rift and quartered white oak, finished on site with a natural water-based finish.

Commented: blue cabinet color It's a grayish-blue finish on maple cabinetry by our cabinet maker - Bremtown. Visit their site and look for the Edinburgh with black glaze.
