Lapchi in Cleveland, Ohio (Beachwood) has given excellent design consultations relating to several residential projects where I have been the designer. Space appropriate rugs were suggested and opportunities for the client to also visit with the designer at the showroom made for a more thorough selection process. Lapchi worked with me throughout the design process, ordering and installation. A custom rug was also ordered and Lapchi did a rendering of this octagonal rug which turned out beautifully. The showroom has donated rugs for various events to designers myself included. The showroom staff knows the inventory and has had opportunities to educate designers about their lines as well as the process behind the making of a custom handwoven rug at various talks.

It is always a pleasure visiting the Atelier Lapchi showroom at the Merchandise Mart in Chicago. The showroom is constantly filled with beautiful rug masterpieces showcasing heirloom quality and amazing attention to detail. Our design firm, Buckingham Interiors + Design, has done many projects with the Atelier Lapchi showroom, and will continue to do so in the future. The rugs are gorgeous and the customer service is top-notch!
