Like most home owners, we were very tentative to go about having an addition/renovation done to our home. Mostly because we’d heard many horror stories from friends and family about how difficult the process can be. Well, ours concerns quickly vanished after our first meeting with Jeff. He was professional, considerate, and most of all, very communicative. Jeff and his team kept us up to date on every step, from costs, to scheduling, to inspections. Speaking of inspections, one of the most comforting moments happen when one of the city inspectors came by house to check on the build. He took me aside and told me that LaRey Homes was one of the “good ones” and that their workmanship and attention to proper building code made his job easy. What home owner does want to hear that! To sum up, from initial planning through construction, to final tweaks and details - the overall experience was fantastic. And the results were beyond our expectations. Dealing with everyone who was involved with LaRey Homes was a great pleasure and was actually missed once the project was complete! Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and respectful towards us and our project. Everything from the initial drawings and permits, through to the construction and final inspection was done with the utmost attention to detail and professionalism. Any problem that was encountered was immediately dealt with and resolved. All decisions were always discussed with us before anything was done.
