Larry Kessler and his team turned my 1928 Tudor home bath into a "sanctuary". My bathroom was small, out of date , and most of all not functional. They gutted out old cast iron drains and galvanized pipes. The old tile was removed from walls and floor. New tile replaced by John and Jason is so captivating. After Greg put in new drains, he installed my new bathroom fixtures. Watching the water flow from the beautiful chrome faucet took me to a new level of happiness. Rob put in my beautiful lights and connected my whirlpool tub. At times I stand and stare at the magnificent work the team did for me. My new "sanctuary" puts me into a meditative state of mind. Special thanks to Ray for basement plumbing "project". Larry and his team made me feel comfortable and reassured, explaining and answering my questions/concerns throughout the whole process. Their skills and professionalism made a complicated project seamless.

I called Kessler Construction in Jan 15 for a bathroom renovation estimate. He was recommended by several professionals as well as Angie's List and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). I spoke with Larry personally. He came to my house and provided a detailed estimate. I did get other estimates, but Kessler's was the most fair in cost and timing. I waited a while to post this review because I wanted to see how the quality of workmanship held up over time. We are quite happy with the quality of the remodel after 8 months of constant use. My husband and I couldn't be more satisfied with the job Larry and his crew at Kessler Construction did with our bathroom. The crew arrived promptly each day between 7-8 am and cleaned up between 4:30 - 5 pm each night. The entire process took 6 days - exactly as quoted. The total cost was exactly as quoted. I would recommend Kessler Construction for any remodel jobs. I found Larry and the guys professional, courteous and thorough. I would work with them again in an instant because I wouldn't have to worry about the quality or cost.

Kessler did a wonderful job re-doing 3 baths; remodeling my computer area and other general work I requested as the remodel went along. I would highly recommend Kessler!

I have employed Kessler Construction for projects at each of the two homes we have owned in the Greater Cincinnati area. There have been three projects. In each project Larry Kessler and his crew provided superior service. In one instance on one job, while inspecting the work done by a member of his staff, Larry identified a section of work that did not measure up to his personal standards. Even though the work that he questioned would have met code and would have been acceptable to many other builders, his response was to tell me about it, to remove the section that he questioned and to replace it at his own expense. Over the years I have found Larry Kessler to be a true craftsman, fully reliable, pleasant to work with and totally honest in his dealings. In addition, this is while he provides product of excellent value. It is without hesitation that I recommend Kessler Construction for any job that Larry says he will do.

a deep garage provided space for a 7x10 laundry room on the other side of the back door entry way and kitchen an arch to match kitchen was cut out of the concrete garage wall. the laundry room cabinets, counter top, ceiling lighting fixture and floor matched those in the kitchen and made for a very attractive and functional addition. heat and air conditioning lines were accessed from basement ceiling

Complete renovation of lower level. Installation of engineered hardwood floors throughout the family room, hallway, and pool table room. Custom made bar and projection tv cabinet. Complete remodel of 2 bathrooms including new cabinets, tile floors, and tile wall. Stone wall with beverage ledge in pool table room. Decorative custom wood paneling covering pillar/posts separating hallway and family room.

Kessler construction has remodeled our kitchen, a half bath and a full bath. We were extremely satisfied with all aspects of their service. Initially the team collaborated with us about our design and budget, including us in all inspections, design and financial decisions. Kessler immediately set up a communication process leaving daily progress reports and the owner was readily accessible in person and by phone on a daily basis. Problems were addressed immediately without question. All work was of very high quality. Work was consistently on time and on budget. For one project they readily adjusted the schedule to meet a very tight timeline, working late hours and weekends to meet our needs. I will definitely use them for future projects.

We are remodeling our home (build around 1880), and needed to remove a load bearing interior wall. Kessler Construction removed the wall and installed (3) large laminate veneer lumber (LVL) beams to support the floors above. They performed the work on time, and on budget. It was a great experience and we would recommend Kessler Construction to anyone. We will use them again in the future.

Kessler Construction renovated both our kitchen and master bathroom. They did an amazing job! Both projects were completed on time and within budget. We lived in the house during both renovations, and Larry & his team worked around our schedules to start the projects when it was convenient for us. Bathroom remodeling: Initial contact and design: Larry was able to communicate with my wife very well and using his design ideas which much improved our original idea and also went with our color scheme. workmen timeliness & cleanliness: showed early and left at dinner time with one exception and they called to explain. Work quality: Work quality was super and involved lots of different types of workmen and the sequencing of the jobs was great. We love the final product.
