Lea at NeoTeric turned our backyard into a tropical paradise to remind us of our time in Thailand. We also had a goal to attract as many birds and pollinators as possible and she nailed it! She really knows her plants and hardscape materials! We spend as much time in our backyard as possible, entertaining friends, playing with our kids and just relaxing. Highly recommended!

My wife and I felt that we were not getting the best use out of our backyard spaces. We rarely spent time out there, and our detached garage was being used exclusively as storage. As a result, we decided to remodel our backyard space in three parts. Part one was the remodeling of our detached garage into a lounge space. Part two was to demo the existing landscaping and replace it with a built-in pool. The final part was to tie it all together through new landscaping, and Lea Allen and NeoTeric Design Group did a fantastic job. Lea listened to our goals of wanting landscaping which would drastically improve our privacy, had consideration for our dog, and would create a picturesque space that looked great when viewing it from our house, from our pool house, or from the pool and spa. She exceeded our expectations on all of those goals. Lea was a dedicated professional, while also being friendly and approachable. She presented us with her vision for the space, and then took the time to answer any questions or ideas we had. Of the three phases we experienced while our backyard space was being recreated, our time with Lea was by far the most enjoyable. She provided us guidance during the remodeling of the garage, as well as insights and slight changes to the pool design. It all resulted in a finished product that we are very proud of as homeowners. I look forward to working with Lea on other projects. In short, she is a great landscape architect.

Lea is a champ. Not only did she meet with me several times to review the layout and the specific plants. She went out of her way for future consulting to change out some plants. She also took the time to get to know my personal tastes in design, plants, and aesthetics so she can deliver a plan that would work. A year after receiving the plan we worked on, I've finally seen the design come to life in my yard and I couldn't be happier.

Lea has a beautiful esthetic! She designed a major backyard overhaul for us, including working around some existing fixtures and planning and placement for a new pool. All of her plantings were carefully chosen and are doing great 6 months in! It is hard for me to leave my backyard now, I want to spend all of my time there.

Lea was amazing to work with! She is creative, thoughtful, and experienced in landscape design and plants/shrubs/trees. She helped us create a beautiful design for our front yard based on our needs/wants/budget, offered us an extensive selection of plants that met our needs (style, maintenance, light, etc) and helped place them. We couldn't be happier with the plans, guidance, and most importantly, how it turned out!

Love working with Lea ! She is so easy to communicate with and fast to respond. Her plans are always so easy to read and clear. Definitely would recommend for your next design .
