Rod's team was superb in all aspects of our renovation from conception to finish. Rod was on site at all times and was always available. Concerns raised were dealt with immediately. Budgets were respected and updates were provided regularly. Rod's expertise and attention to detail is the reason that I highly recommend Leonard Development Group.

We hired Rod and his team to renovate the main floor of our century home. The project was to be a full gut down to the studs and a rebuild from the inside. Rod and his team did the whole project from design through to finishing. Rod has a keen eye for aesthetics and a great network for sourcing materials. The work included the removal and replacement of load bearing structures including a full chimney delete, the addition of doors and windows to the exterior, a full electrical rewiring and a plumbing update. The finished product is exactly what we wanted: a modern open house that preserves the historical aspects of the house (e.g. leaded internal windows, original door casings and headers), We were so happy that we ended up hiring him 2 years later to renovate our unfinished basement.

Rod and his team did a major renovation for our home - kitchen, bathrooms, doors. The scope of the work was very broad from design to completion. We are thrilled with the results. Rod has a great eye for design and consulted easily on our thoughts and preferences. Rod was also very accommodating as we kept expanding the scope while the project was underway.
