Ross and his team did a fabulous job from concept to completion. Ross has a great eye and technical ability, but that's just the start. They began by really getting to know us and our lifestyle so they could complete a project that reflected our core wishes. The listened--really listened---but just as importantly didn't hesitate to offer their professional perspectives and experiences to help us arrive at great decisions. They presented us with options and sketches that helped us make informed choices without running up the bill. Equally important, they deftly managed the process of managing neighborhood input and city planning and helped us work effectively with our builder (Ross knows building deeply and his insights helped us get better results cheaper!). And LAA's integrated design services helped us ensure that everything fit together. Smart and cost effective. We couldn't be happier and highly, highly recommend them!

Ross Levy and I designed a beautiful 3 unit, mixed-used building together in San Francisco. The location (lot size) posed significant challenges. Ross approached the problem creatively, maximizing usable space, minimizing the need for common areas, and offering a layout that distributed residents throughout the structure (improving privacy and separation). I really enjoyed working with Ross and his team throughout the design/build of this new construction project.

Ross Levy and his team are simply incredible. They took our list of "must haves" and "like to haves" and incorporated a phenomenal modern design that we treasure every day. The process was collaborative, creative, and seamless with lots of unique design creations for our unique requests. It is our perfect space to entertain and to relax.
