We've been using Lita Dirks as the designers on a few of our new model homes at our new Giverny community. Our experience has been great! We've loved the attentiveness & prompt responses we've received, as well as seeing the design put together with our newly furnished Pablo model which is gorgeous! 5 stars from us :)

The team from Lita Dirks & Co. beautifully designed three brand new model homes for W.B. Homes in Bensalem, Bucks County. From the start, the Lita Dirks and her team were incredible to work with. Lita came to our offices and personally presented the designs, which hit all three of our target buyers spot on! Her team had an incredible and distinctive vision for each space. From initial concept to the week of install, the team was extremely easy to work with and attentive to every detail. They worked seamlessly with our construction team to make sure their design concepts were executed correctly. It was so rewarding to see the designs come to life at the time of install - each model home turned out better than we could have imagined. We love the finished product and continue to receive glowing feedback from visitors and buyers. We look forward to working with Lita Dirks & Co. on future projects!

Riveting Frame & Design

As always, they are prepared for their appointments with us by bringing in helpful items such as floor plans, finishes and furniture spec sheets that make our job of framing their creative ideas easy.
