I have been thrilled with my experience with Louisville Tile. They have a fabulous selection from the best manufactures and artisans in the industry. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to source a high end handcrafted tile for a recent project right here in Louisville. No need to drive to Cincinnati or Nashville. The Westport Village showroom is full, but really well organized and the staff is helpful. I worked with Jessica over the course of a few months. She was always accessible, knowledgable, and un-fazable!

We were very pleased with Louisville Tile. We were a little disappointed when it took a long time for our tile to come in and then it became a discontinued product so we couldn't get it at all. Louisville Tile called us back into the store and said to choose what ever tile we wanted for the same price. We did get an upgrade to our selection for the same price. The tile came in quickly the second time and it does look fantastic.
