After interviewing several Home builders in the Lake Geneva area we decided to go with Scott Lowell and Todd Cauffman. Building our Dream Home was one of the biggest decisions we have made thus far in our lives and one we will never regret! The entire Lowell Team from start to finish were phenomenal to work with. They attended to all of our needs and surpassed all of our expectations! It was a truly Awesome experience and Our Home is Beautiful Beyond Words! Project managers were dedicated, respectful and immediately responded to our calls and emails regarding the renovations. The masons created a stunning dry stacked fireplace that is beautiful. And we proudly show off the exceptional craftsmanship of the wood workers. When we arrived at midnight to see "the finished product" that Lowell Custom Homes had just completed on budget and on time, all we could say was "WOW." We were and still are mesmerized by each rooms beauty. They had taken our vision of what we wanted, and actually delivered above and beyond our high expectations. We absolutely love our newly remodeled house. We completely gutted and rebuilt 3 bathrooms. We moved walls, fixtures and doors. We also removed our old deck and tripled the size and made it an elevated 3 season room. We were very pleased with Lowell Custom Homes professionalism. There were never surprises. They took great care to make sure the new room matched the style of the house and was structurally safe and sound. Since this was a vacation home, all work was performed while we were in Texas. Work was completed VERY close to on time.

Lowell Mgt remodeled two baths and two bedrooms for us. They were professional at every stage of the project, and came in both on time and on budget. Even more importantly to us the final quality is exceptional. They communicated well with status updates and we had productive status meetings throughout. Not only do we recommend them highly but we are already discussing an even larger remodeling job in he near future

Lowell Management built our dream home. The entire Lowell team worked together like a well oiled machine from the beginning of the project through the completion. They collaborated with both of our architects. Our Superintendent was amazing, he was great at listening to our needs & often came up with ideas on site to fix any problems that did occur. We would not hesitate to hire this company of professionals again!

Working with Lowell Management to build our dream home was an exceptional experience from the first interview with Scott Lowell to receiving the keys from our project manager Tom York! Scott, architect Todd Cauffman, interior design consultant Beth Welsh and the entire Lowell team listened to our wants and needs and incorporated them into our plans, making our house a beautiful home. The communication, much of which was done out of state, was seamless. I was personally involved in every decision for every square foot of our home and no question or clarification, change or modification, was out of reach for the Lowell team. And now that we have been in our home for 6 months, the care and consideration for us and our home continues. Lowell has been our partner and together we've receive the highest compliment from many who have visited our home --the quality and craftsmanship is impeccable and there isn't single square foot that hasn't been thought of! We are blessed to be able to build the home of our dreams and lucky to find a builder who cared about the process and outcome just as much as we did.

we hired Lowell Management to design and build a custom home on our own lot. Scott and his team managed the process from end to end - from the architectural drawings through the entire construction project. Scott and his team did a great job. The work was of high quality, they were always responsive and they kept in frequent communications. i would definitely hire Lowell Mansgement to build us another home.

Lowell built our lake home in 2013. We could not be more pleased. Lowell continues to be available to us. No matter what my concern is, Scott has been attentive and reliable to resolve the issue. Lowell is known for the quality of their work and it shows. Scott remained open to knew ideas through out the project. Scott suggested woods beams on ceiling as accent. I would have never thought of this. Now I love it. With so many choices to make, I let a few go, trusting Scott's professional decisions. We were on budget with almost everything. Our home is perfect and it was done on schedule!

We used Lowell Management for an addition to our home. I must say, we could not have been more pleased! They quoted us a cost and time line, then were done exactly when they said they would be and for not a dollar more than they quoted. Very Impressive!!!! I would use them again, in a heart beat!!!
