We hired LS to help with our full home remodel, expecting experienced and professional service based on their marketing. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience. Setting design preferences aside, the overall quality of service ranged from poor to fair. The biggest issues were with project management and how design concepts were presented. A strong designer should not only bring thoughtful ideas, but also communicate them clearly and concisely so the client understands the vision and process. In our case, the presentations were often unclear and added confusion rather than clarity. Ultimately, we were left with the impression that the team lacked sufficient real-world experience to manage a project of this scope effectively.

Working with LS Design was an absolute pleasure! Their incredible eye for design and attention to detail made every aspect of the project feel seamless and polished. They are not only talented but also incredibly communicative and easy to work with, ensuring every step of the process is smooth. When a minor issue arose with a delivery (completely out of their control), they went above and beyond—not only making it right but also adding a thoughtful surprise and delight touch that made the final result even more special. We were referred to LS Design by our contractors and feel so fortunate we found them. We had them remodel our great room, kitchen and mud room area. They exceeded our expectations and i love the finished product. They are responsive and easy to work with, which honestly is so hard to find these days. They were the only people I enjoyed working with during our renovation. You won’t find a better team. I can’t wait to remodel other parts of my home!

We had a wonderful experience working with the team at LS Design on our Kitchen remodel. We let them know what esthetic we were envisioning for the space visually and functionally and they really hit it out of the park. What really stood out to me was their ability to translate our inspiration photos into something that felt like us and our home. I hired LS Design Studio to design my master bathroom and couldn't be happier with the result. Sav and Lilli produce amazing work and I'm constantly inspired by their designs and work ethic. The master bathroom is one of my favorite spaces in my home and I feel like I'm walking into a beautiful Bali/ Mediterranean oasis every time I go in it. What impressed me most was how easy it was to work with them, and that they were willing to take on my project despite the fact that I live in a completely different state so they were unable to do any site checks in person. 10/10 would recommend them!! xoxo

We hired Lilli & Sav to help us design our family room, living room, and parts of our master bedroom. We hired them after having a very poor experience with another design studio in the North County San Diego area. We have to say that my husband and I were both very happy working with Lilli & Sav! Both were very responsive, professional, and very easy to work with. One thing we really liked about working with LS is that they both candidly shared their design opinions, even if they didn't necessarily agree with each other, and would explain their thinking independently. This helped my husband and I really sanity check our own preferences to make sure we were confident in our decisions. And even though we weren't their biggest client, they were still very attentive to our project and made us feel really valued. We would 100% work with Sav & Lilli again on our next project!

Lilli and Savannah from LS Design studio did a fantastic job designing and managing our recent renovation. What we initially thought was going to be a cosmetic upgrade turned into a whole gut job thanks to asbestos and these girls were up for the challenge! Their style is fresh, clean, and beautiful and we are so pleased with the outcome. They worked within our budget to ensure we received the highest quality products available for the amount we had to spend and were on the job and ready to tackle any challenge that came their way. They are knowledgable on the design and build process and worked in harmony with our existing construction contractor and crew. (LS design came on the job after the contractor was already hired but they have their own available skilled craftspeople as well). These young women are extremely talented and were a real pleasure to work with on this project. We hope to use them again when the need arises!.

LS Design Studio did an amazing job designing our kitchen! It’s fresh and modern, but also timeless and welcoming. They thought of everything from a pullout spice drawer to a beautiful custom hood range. Their attention to details and patience as we navigated handling our contractor’s questions made the whole process as simple as possible. We couldn’t have imagined such a stunning space! I would highly recommend this team!

We hired the ladies from LS Design Studio to help us with our living room, dining room, and patio area of our penthouse in Downtown San Diego. They did nothing short of an incredible job and we are extremely happy with the final result! From the gecko, their entire process was easy yet very interactive. We gave them our preferred colors, materials, styles, and ideal purposes for each room and they took it all into consideration when making their design presentations. It started with the initial walkthrough/consultation, followed by us sending them our inspiration photos. From there they compiled a presentation with different design options for each room where they blended our inspiration photos we had sent with their expertise. After deciding on our final design choices, they took over completely and handled everything from ordering, delivering, and setting everything up. They stuck to the initial budget we had requested while not cutting any corners. Both Sav and Lilli we're very communicative throughout the process which made the entire experience easier for us. Safe to say we will be using LS Design in the future!
