Ludis designed and obtained permits for an ADU project for us. He is very knowledgeable, an expert in design, and has a creative mind . He was very accommodating during the design process and he proposed amazing solutions to all the custom design requests we had and we could not be any happier with the results . During the permit process we had open lines of communication and he kept us in the loop during the process. He is the ultimate professional and we had a great experience working with him and I highly recommend him.
