Working with Main St. kitchen at Botello's was a pleasure. Our designer Donna Gavin, listened to our wants and helped us design our dream kitchen. Our overall experience was outstanding. We first saw her work in a Cape Cod home magazine and set up an appointment with her. Immediately, we knew that we wanted to use her to renovate the kitchen in our home. She is an experienced and talented designer with a calming energy who still hand renders the most beautiful plans. She had an amazing ability to for see small issues that could easily be overlooked and come up with a solution. Paul Puchal, the installation scheduler, could not have been more accommodating even though we had to reschedule the install date three times! As for Tom Wordall, the installer, it was a pleasure to have him working in our house. He was very methodical, each cabinet was hung perfectly and we never felt that he was in a rush to get on to the next job. We are more than pleased with the results.
