Matt Brewster is a brilliant designer and dedicated project manager. He spent hours to talk to my husband and I to understand our needs. He then proceeded to put that dream house into nice drawing. Over these years, he worked with us closely as the designer and project manager to handle all the heavy lifting work with the City, contractors, builders, and other necessary parties. The house was beautifully delivered to us in November 2020. What a gift! It was made of lots of wood and has many glass windows to let the light in. The Scandinavian feel of the house made it stands out uniquely in the neighbor hood. The interior set up goes so well with the Japanese ambience we try to create. It was a project combining the beauty of East and West style harmoniously. The L shape house was built around an old Oak tree and the interior design was also environmental friendly. We love the floor heat that was so comfy and energy saving. We are so grateful for Matt's vision, insights, patience and professionalism. He held high standard for the work being delivered and also maintain very well balance in listening for different opinions and being adaptable to changes. We would highly recommend Matt as the professional to make your dream house comes true!

Matt has helped me to designed and build a house in Seattle Burien. First of all the design is great and then he has done a lot of work to ensure this project can be completed within my financial capacity. Overrun are being well controlled. He has a very personality and are adaptable to change and wait. I will definitely willing to work with him again should there be more projects in the future.

Matt Brewster did a great job designing the addition to our home. We had a rough design that we shared with him and he modified it to make it work within our budget. He helped advise us on applying for permits and recommended excellent people to help us get started once he design work was done.

Difficult renovation project that included a new garage, and full house renovation. Discovered prior fire damage that created challenges for design.

I hired Mathew to design a garage with apartment above, and to help me through the permitting process. His design exceeded expectations and reflected careful attention to and interpretation of my wants and needs. His knowledge of local building requirements and experience working with planning departments made the planning phase of our project a breeze. Highly recommended.

Matthew Brewster provided and inspiring remodel design for my home. It greatly aided the completion of my home. Once the remodel was finished I was able to sell the home as a luxury remodel. I would highly recommend his services as an architect.

Because of his willingness to crawl around the guts of our house with the engineer and ask smart questions in the process he saved us money on engineering fees and associated construction requirements. Matt was on point from the day I met him. I had scheduled interviews with several others, but after meeting Matt, I cancelled the remaining interviews and never looked back.
