Maya Residential Design

Working with Victoria was an absolute 5/5 experience. She is incredibly diligent, thoughtful, and organized, which made the entire process feel seamless from start to finish. What really stood out was her ability to blend design, color, and functionality in a way that truly fit our lifestyle, not just what looks good on paper. It's easy to pick colors and designs that you see online, but working with Victoria really helps bring those ideas to life. Her insights elevated the space in ways we wouldn’t have thought of on our own, and she consistently went above and beyond to make sure every detail was considered. She made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and even enjoyable. She did such an outstanding job that we’ve already hired her for another project. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Maya oversaw the design of a complete remodel of a home I purchased. She created drawings for 2 bathrooms and fireplace for the contractors to work from. She helped me find the right tile, lighting fixtures and paint to compliment each room. She is very professional and easy to work with. She was very accommodating with her schedule and quick to respond to all of my questions. I would highly recommend her.

Victoria was absolutely wonderful to work with on our ADU project. From the very beginning, she understood our vision and helped bring it to life in a way that felt both functional and incredibly cozy. She designed the kitchen and bathroom with such thoughtful attention to detail. The kitchen is not only beautiful but also highly practical, with smart layout choices and finishes that make the space feel warm and inviting. The bathroom has a spa-like comfort while still being efficient and well-designed for everyday use. What truly sets Victoria apart is her ability to create a cohesive, comfortable feel throughout the space. The ADU feels welcoming, stylish, and perfectly tailored to our needs. She was professional, communicative, and a pleasure to collaborate with every step of the way. I highly recommend Victoria to anyone looking to design a space that feels both elegant and cozy.

I have recently worked with Victoria on a commercial exterior painting project in San Jose, CA through one of my customers. She is very pleasant to work with highly knowledgeable on color expertise; both my customer and his client were very happy with the results. She has the right tools and technology to provide outstanding results, to give the customer a preview of what the project would look like. I will definitely consider to work with Victoria on future projects with my customers.

This review is of the upmost importance to me. We contracted Casa Victoria for a large exterior commercial project in Silicon Valley, CA. The digital rendering and communication was well above average. They were able to do a beautiful presentation of the design, with Corporate leaders of the company we were working with. We highly recommend for design needs. Thank you Casa Victoria! -Raymond and The Proactive Painting Team

Victoria helped us with our medical office remodel and did a great job. She had great ideas and was fun to work with.

Victoria always pay carefully attention to my comments. That helps her to know what I want. She first help me with the living room and the main entrance of my new house. Every guest that comes to my house comments that feels welcome and cozy. That were the words that I told Victoria that I wanted to look and feel my house. Now we just finished ordering the dining room. I can not wait to see how beautiful it is going to look. For sure I will continue working with Victoria!

What a pleasure it was working with Victoria! She helped us choose paint colors for our entire home. It was all taken care of within a few visits. Victoria was very kind, efficient and on time. She was always there for me if I had any question about any of the colors and always replied within a day. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again. Thank you, Victoria! Roberta R.

Victoria helped us design our living room. She did a great job at understanding our goals, providing ideas and suggestions while also incorporating our wishes. The turnaround time was equally fast with a rapid succession of floor plan sketches and a mood board to help us visualize the room. She helped us pick every piece and brought it together wonderfully. My husband and I really appreciated her swift responses and to the point conversations while tolerating all of our questions :)

Victoria spent time with us to understand how we wanted to lay out our open concept (living, dining, and kitchen) and helped us pick pieces that worked together as a whole. She efficiently found pieces that fit both myself and my partner's preferences. Working with her was very smooth and efficient and she went out of her way to make sure we were happy with the final result. This included staying long past the original appointment time we had booked and also following up on our orders when they were delayed. We were very happy to work with her and would definitely do so again in the future!

We enjoyed working with Victoria. She was the third designer on our project and the first to work within our requests as opposed to her "own way". She was extremely responsive and conveniently available. She provided many different options and recommendations when an item "didn't work". She was pleasant and professional. We would definitely recommend her and work with her again.

I am so happy with the services Victoria have provided to me. I was amazed by her positive attitude and professionalism. She was willing to go extra mile to meet my expectations. I am so happy how she redesigned my house. It looks amazing now . Highly recommend to everyone!

Victoria has an impeccable eye for detail and design. She is a master at creating a practical yet beautiful layout in any room. She truly listens to what her clients desire. She pays close attention to an individual's preferences, and uses her expertise and creativity to design an environment that feels like an outward expression of your style. I highly recommend her to help design your home!

Victoria is a detail oriented professional who not only possesses the skills and qualities needed to get the job done but also warm interpersonal skills that makes you feel right at home ( pun intended) working with her. Organized, thorough, and hard working, really, a spectacular individual.

This amazing lady has been a life saver! I was living with an oddly shaped walk in closet clogged with boxes (from my previous apartment set up) and all my actual useful stuff not having an assigned home, and therefore also a cluttered bedroom. With covid times, and being home bound I started feeling the need of working on having a zen space more and more. I reached out to Victoria for help (seeing her apartment pics on insta) she was so soo professional. She asked for pictures ahead and we already had an idea what we wanted to do. Then she visited very briefly (equipped with the cutest measuring tape) and literally worked out all the details for me. Two of the biggest things - 1. gave me ideas that I did not even know I wanted and would make me so happy! 2. Made me realize it will need to be work in progress (I had always thought it needs to be fixed over a weened, so always been overwhelmed and got nowhere). I could put before after pics (but do not judge me for my mess :P)!! It is still work in progress - but I am loving the process. Will be ever so thankful for this lifechanging help. The other stellar part is she actually checks on me so regularly, that even if I get stuck/demotivated or distracted with work, the little chats gets me right back on to the process. Stay tuned for before/in-between/after pics :)!
