Mike was so helpful! During a stressful time and a long holiday weekend no less, he was able to walk me through and help me get my water heater working again. I called 5 different places and was simply told it's the long weekend, sorry you will have to wait. He was so patient and friendly and didn't just dismiss me. People like this are difficult to find. I appreciate you Mike and what you did for me, I will definitely be going to Fix it Bathworks from now on. Class A service, truly. Thank you Mike!
