My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We worked with Monica to renovate a warehouse/home in historical Lafayette Square. While we had a vision, she provided the critical architectural knowledge to guide our renovation. Not only did she provide design consultation, but she helped us maneuver through the permitting, approvals and engineering challenges that come with a project of this type. Monica is easy to work with, responsive and provided great ideas and insight. We will continue to work on this property and will call on her to advise us in the future.

ARBA Studios provided design work for a lower level finish. We were impressed with Monica's ability to provide a design site-unseen, as we live several states away. We will most certainly consider ARBA for future renovation projects.

Commented: What are the heights?What about lining up the top of the paneling with the top of the window (minus the arch)? This would put the top of the paneling a bit below the top of your doors, like in the photo you posted.
