We worked with several different contractors in the past 15 years for some small and big projects. Take the best contractor we ran into, multiply by 10, that would be how good Molla Builders is. Dennis and his team delivered the best quality works on time . Both my wife and I are very detail oriented, Molla Builders exceeded every expectation we had. Dennis not only has his own great team of carpenters, but also works with other excellent tradespeople . All his electricians, plumbers, plasters, painters, and countertop guys are top professionals in their own fields. A week after Molla Builders started working on our kitchen, we realized Dennis is one of the best contractors in this region. We immediately added our living room, hallway, and family room to the remodel project. At the end of the two months, Molla Builders transformed our entire first floor. You can see the before and after pictures in Dennis' Instagram and Facebook. The finished work was truly amazing, beyond our imagination. We felt so fortunate having Molla Builders remodeled our home. If anyone wants to transform their kitchen or home, call Dennis immediately. But you might have to wait in the line for a few months because he is so busy. Everybody wants a builder who can constantly deliver top notch works.

I can't recommend Dennis and his team enough, they were fantastic from start to finish. Estimate/cost: He was quick in getting us an estimate and giving us a timeframe for getting the work done (we were updating a 1/2 bath to a full). We got several estimates (or tried to, one person came twice and still hasn't gotten back to us) and his was exactly what we had expected to pay. In contrast, one person at first said it would be around 30k but then gave us a contract that was unexpectedly almost 60k, which felt like a bait and switch. Dennis, on the other hand, gave us a rough estimate that was very close to the actual contract. Timeline: He estimated 5ish weeks for the project and finished almost exactly to the day of 5 weeks which was fantastic. Our project also happened over the holidays and we thought this might delay things but Dennis's team was here getting things done to make sure the work was completed in time. They arrived on time every day and were hard-working, kind, and very efficient. Work Quality: Can't speak highly enough of the final product. From the design to the tiling, the electrical/plumbing to installing the vanity or cabinet, the trim to the paint- the entire job was done with incredible care and looks amazing. They paid attention to every detail and it shows, the bathroom looks flawless. It turned out better than we imagined and we have Dennis to thank for that. Overall: The two pieces of caution we heard from friends and family before starting the project was that any renovation will be over-budget and last longer than the projected timeline, neither of which was true with Molla Builders. He was communicative throughout the process with updates, questions, or clarifications. We hope to do additional work on our house and will absolutely go to Dennis and his team. In a world full of contractors that feel untrustworthy or don't meet their commitments, Dennis stands out as reliable, warm, and very professional.

Dennis and his team completed our project above expectations, below the timeline all while maintaining the cleanest project area that I have ever seen. Molla Builders did repair work on my front steps and porch. Then they did a lot of scraping, priming and painting on the same area plus my house where the paint was all pealing. They did the same work on the back of the house. They also did some repair work on a back section of gutter. The work they did was exceptional. We are extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend them to anybody else.

Dennis and his team replaced our split home's entry tile and converted a coat closet to a pantry. The house was kept immaculate and the work was superb. Dennis was extremely responsive and helpful. I have nothing but praise. I will hire again for any home renovation on a go forward.

It is with great pleasure that I write this review for Molla Builders. Dennis and his team were an absolute delight to work with. This was my first major renovation project and I feel blessed that I had a contractor who was honest and above board throughout the process. During the time of my renovation, I was going through some difficult family situations which necessitated my being away from the project. Dennis and his team were completely trustworthy, met timelines and were extremely professional. The quality of the work is outstanding. I love my "new" condo!! Dennis was also very instrumental in helping me make design decisions. He has a great eye! My friends, neighbors and family cannot believe the transformation of the space. There were other condos in my building that were being renovated at the same time as mine by other contractors. I later found out that one of the unit owners had to pay fines as their contractor did not dispose of materials properly or clean up the common areas after they were done for the day. This was never a worry for me as Dennis and his team were meticulous. They vacuumed the hallway outside my unit at the end of each day and they disposed of materials at the proper facility. I have had the opportunity to view these other units and honestly there is no comparison. The workmanship from Molla Builders is far superior and I feel that my unit renovation in both the quality of the materials used and design surpasses that of these other units. During the project, Dennis kept me informed every step of the way. It was completed on time and on budget! I highly, highly recommend Molla Builders :)

Dennis and his team are superb. Dennis did our kitchen remodeling from floor to ceiling and a window. They also checked our electric equipment, drain pipes and ventilation systems for safety. We found Dennis through our kitchen cabinet designer Michelle at Carol Kitchen and Bath Design in Woburn MA. We were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He and Michelle came to our house together for our first meeting. He cooperated with Michelle effectively and described his plan to us in detail. His team included great electricians, plasterers, plumbers and a drain cleaning company. Quality of every step of works met our expectation. Dennis was capable of solving problem to meet deadlines and our budgets. He cared our project with his heart, too. We are thankful to have Dennis and his team.

We hired Molla Builders after a bad experience with another builder who remodeled our kitchen earlier this year. We were worried about making another bad decision, but we got a good feeling from Dennis after meeting with him and talking to the references he gave us. We really wanted to start our basement remodel that was supposed to be done by the original builder, so we jumped back into construction mode, this time wirh Dennis. What a difference it was. We found someone who built with excellent quality, from his own crew to all the subcontractors he works with. Dennis was easy to work with through our many changes in scope. We hired Molla Builders because when interviewing contractors for our master bath renovation, this was the only contractor that really understood what we wanted and had the knowledge and team to bring the project to completion. This project was a complete gut, all plumbing was moved, a large shower, free standing tub, heated floors, intelligent toilet, hi-tech lighting, etc... Dennis and his crews are true professionals. All of our issues and concerns were addressed and completed way beyond our exceptions. The crews were considerate, respectful and professional. One day I unexpectedly needed to watch my grandchild an the crew went out of their way to rearrange their schedule that day so that my grandchild could take his nap. The subs that Molla brought in were first rate. At the end of the project we got much more than we had hope for. The quality of the work done is amazing. We have had many contractors and Molla Builders has proven to be the best. We would hire him again.

New kitchen, Anderson Slider and bamboo wood floors on 1st floor were completed as specified and on timeline estimate. Crews he used were professional and end results were fantastic. An unexpected issue was addressed at reasonable expense. Very pleased with his performance.

Dennis did a kitchen remodel, hardwood floors and a half bath for us. The kitchen was a complete gut job, we had a wet bar, two islands, commercial range, ice maker, three sinks and two dishwashers installed. Tons of cabinets the go to the ceiling with molding all around. The project was large and done perfectly. The prefinished hard woods were installed through the whole first floor, the stairs case and upstairs hall as well. I can not get over how good they came out. The half bath was a guy as well and they installed tile on the floors and wall, new vanity, toilet and wood accent shelf. Not only do we absolutely love the work he did but the whole process was so smooth and done on time. All the contractors he provided were great to work with as well. They were clean, made sure everything was covered throughout the whole process so the rest of the house wasn’t distroyed in the process. Dennis was also very helpful when we had questions on how to design things. The attention to detail was something to be mentioned as well. We will work with Dennis from now on with any of our future projects and would highly recommend him for your future projects.

I hired Molla Builders to completely renovate a full bathroom. I was deliberately not planning to overbuild this bathroom as a spa would not fit with the rest of the house. Dennis, quickly available for a walk through and estimate, did not try to impose his vision on the space but made suggestions that helped the space improve. Dennis' estimate of time for the project and recommendations of vendors were accurate and helpful. His team was respectful, skilled and clean. Communication throughout the project was timely. I highly recommend Dennis Builders and will hire this team again.

DM Painting and Carpentry has done a great job with work in our recently purchased condo. The kitchen cabinets were painted and crown molding was added for a wonderful finished look. We had a trash compactor removed from the kitchen. Dennis did a nice job completing the cabinet work were the trash compactor existed. We had 3 large wardrobe/storage closets removed. The previous owners had installed the closets/storage cabinets in bedrooms then had hardwood flooring installed around the closet cabinets. The closets were removed and the unfinished areas of the flooring were completed. Dennis found the exact hardwood flooring used and did very professional carpentry work to make the floors look amazing. Everything looks great and we are very happy with time timeline of the compeletion of all the work.

Dennis and his team completed a complete gut remodel of our kitchen and dining room, along with a number of other moderately sized projects such as installation of several doors and windows (including masonry work associated with expanding a large window) and a completely refinished mudroom with custom built-ins. All of the work was done expertly and with great attention to detail. Ours is a period home and his carpentry work in reframing doors and windows meticulously matches the 85 year old trim in the rest of the house. Likewise, the new brickwork on the exterior blends in perfectly with the rest of the façade. Each of his subcontractors (electrical, plumbing, masonry, plastering, etc.) did excellent work. We had no hiccups at any stage of inspection and everything looks great. Working with DMPC is effortless - Dennis is highly responsive and reliable, calm and organized, clean and considerate. His team showed up just about every day (including some Saturdays) for approximately two months and worked very hard to get us into our brand new kitchen as soon as possible. We can't say enough about the quality and professionalism of his work!

Dennis and his team so easy and awesome to work with! We found him on this website because he had great reviews and was local. He sounded too good to be true but he was so professional, honest, and easy to have in the house every day. His crew were really friendly and cleaned up every day after themselves. We completely did a whole kitchen remodel and put in hardwood flooring over the entire first floor. We also tiled a mudroom, entryway, and powder room. Even when we hit a snag and couldn't rip up the tile, he found a way to do hardwood over the tile for the same cost. We hope to remodel two bathrooms in the future and will definitely go with Dennis again.

We hired DM Painting & Carpentry to paint most of the interior of our home and add a gas fireplace in our master bedroom plus two ongoing projects. The painting was done with meticulous attention to detail. The fireplace in the master bedroom is gorgeous. Dennis Molla and his crew were very responsive, on time, and on budget. The job site was left immaculately clean every evening. Dennis will be adding a bar in our great room and replacing some windows in the master bedroom next month. We have had several bad experiences in the past with contractors. I found DM Painting on Houzz and based on the Houzz reviews (and Angie's List) hired him to do our projects. There was a 6-month wait until Dennis could get to our project but he was upfront about that from the start and it was well worth the wait. I highly recommend this company and will use them for any additional projects in the future. Update: Dennis rebuilt our deck this summer and did a terrific job. His attention to detail included such things as topping the support joists with house wrap to prevent water damage down the line and creating a lovely pattern with the composite deck material. Next year more projects!

A kitchen renovation that happily expanded to a complete home renovation over a year. The work was meticulous and of high quality. They worked long hours; even on a Saturday night! I then bought a fixer-upper in Brookline and had Dennis and his guys completely gut the whole place down to the studs, and remodel the 1250 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The finished product is breath-taking! They are currently building a one bedroom, one bath in-law apartment in my basement with radiant heated floors. It's looking great already! What's most surprising is Dennis' prices are incredibly reasonable! Definitely give them a call. You'll be glad to get them.

Dennis renovated my livingroom as well as created a laundryroom on the 2nd floor. As in all older houses the renovations opened up new problems. Hired this company to replace rotted railings on my front porch. This company was a referral from my neighbor. The did exactly what they said they would do! Nice job all around. I often find it tough to find a credible contractor. I would hire them again.
