More for Less Remodeling

In my opinion, this company and its staff are incredible and the quality of work overall is excellent. To start, I happened to see the More for Less trucks at a neighbor's house and decided to give them a call for help with my bathroom...and let me tell you, I am so thankful I did. I finally have the bathroom of my dreams! More for Less Remodeling successfully took my dark and depressing 1970s / 80s bathroom to what I would now call a fabulous, clean, and seamless blend of vintage, Victorian and/or English design, and hotel chic. My hall bathroom now looks like it could have come straight from the pages of a magazine. I found More for Less's pricing to be fair and competitive, with their attention to detail being impeccable all the way around, and I tend to be a very detail / design oriented person myself. Further, my mother, who has a high level of taste and a degree from Europe in Art History focusing on Middle-Europe architecture, said that they couldn't have done a better job. Chris and Angela, the owners, as well as the whole crew, treated us all like family during the whole process. Angela, who I found to be very talented, knowledgeable, and helpful (just look at the beautiful showroom she designed) truly helped me lead the way to help me accomplish all of my design dreams. She let me choose my own products, all while helping lead me to products of substantial quality so that both aesthetics and quality would be present. If something I liked was not of good quality, she took the time to let me know and provided me with other options. Furthermore, Chris was always available whenever needed, and he really took the time with me to explain the various components of construction and remodeling. Jake H., who we think is such a nice guy, fun to talk to, and a very hard worker, truly went above and beyond to help fix a problem, when, on a weekend during our project and through no fault of More for Less, we experienced an emergency and no one else was available. Every person who stepped foot in our house treated us with respect, kindness, and professionalism. Zach (who I discovered is truly amazing at carpentry and molding, created an absolutely awesome, custom, Shaker-style mirror and doorframe that look like they could be original to a 19th century historic home!!) Jake H., Jake K., Devin, James, Derek, Gordon, Brandon, and everyone else on the team all had a great energy and were positive, upbeat, punctual, and overall, a joy to work with. Chad at the office was super kind and helpful, as well. I can tell that Chris and Angela work to hire people who truly love what they do, which I believe also helps to set them apart from some of the others out there. Very importantly, the kids are incredibly happy and proud of their new bathroom. They are so excited to get ready in there, and that happiness, to us, is priceless. I think many people place considerable value in referrals from family, friends, and satisfied customers, I know do for a project as large as what we were planning. The referrals we received first hand and from the internet were very important to us when deciding who to trust with our kitchen, bathx2, and living room remodel. Our project included flooring, drywall, cabinets, countertop, showers, doors, flooring, electrical, plumbing and heating/cooling. Chris and his team from More for Less, along with several subcontractors, did an outstanding job, finishing in 7 weeks, right in the middle of Chris’s 6 to 8 week estimate. Chris and his crew met this deadline even though our project included multiple unexpected surprises that included plumbing, heating, and foundation issues. Through it all, Chris proactively discussed issues with us and offered timely advice and options. His timely responses to our questions either on the phone or text messages, kept us updated on the latest developments. The More for Less crew was polite, easy to talk to and kept us updated on the progress of the project. Like any significant remodel project there were multiple curves throw at us but the communication with Chris, his crew and even Chris wife Angie kept us informed of the work being done. At the end of each day Chris receives an update on his projects and uses that information to determine who goes to the site the next day to make sure he has the correct skills on site, although most of his crew are qualified across many areas. I have been taking pictures of our project at each phase and many of my friends who have had remodels are very surprised at the timely progress of our project especially with some of the issues that were discovered during the project. I am encouraging them and anyone reading this review to give More for Less an opportunity to review your plans for your remodel, you might be very surprised at how much more you can get with your budget.

Chris and his team were so easy to work with! We're thrilled with our bathroom renovation and will definitely be working with More for Less in the future. This was our first renovation project so we were very nervous given all the horror stories we heard about contractors taking forever to complete projects, issuing change orders, etc. After reading the other reviews for More for Less, we felt very comfortable using them and I'm so glad we did! It was a painless, fast, efficient, and change order free process plus the results were phenomenal. Highly recommend!

More For Less remodeled our master bath and then our kitchen and we are extremely happy with the results of both projects. Our bathroom was completely gutted and then a new tile floor and shower was installed, along with a new vanity, soaking tub, toilet, and lighting. The tile work is AMAZING!! The kitchen had old cabinets and appliances removed and new cabinets, island and appliances were installed and new lighting added. The crew was knowledgeable, on time and did great work. They often had helpful suggestions when choices had to be made and I was unsure of which way to go. I would highly recommend More For Less and we will definitely use them again.

It was a pleasure start to finish doing business with More for Less. The owner Chris kept his promise that they would provide the best service and workmanship available.The crew arrived on time every day and gave 100 percent. They were very hard-working at every job required. To describe this company in three words would be "Simply the Best". We give this company a five star rating hands down. You will be amazed at their workmanship. We are telling everyone to call More for Less when they need remodeling work done. You won't be disappointed. Wish we had found this company years ago.

We had More for Less home remodeling remodel our kitchen . Mr. Courtwright was very knowledgeable and helpful in the design and remodel of our kitchen . His installers were very professional and cleaned up any mess every night before they left . We love our new cabinets and counter tops and new floor and appliances. I would recommend Mr. Courtwright and his installers for any job . Totally awesome company !

This Spring, Chris and his crew installed new wood windows in my home in a historic district. They painted the windows in their warehouse before installation, built new surrounds for the windows on site and painted those. Various small projects around the windows were also completed during the week or so they worked at my house. It was a pleasure to have the guys working here. They were friendly, courteous and helpful, they came when they said they would and they cleaned up after themselves every day. I would highly recommend this company for any job, large or small, and will use them for any future projects at my house. They do top quality work and they don't settle for anything less than your complete satisfaction.

We found Chris and More for Less Remodeling on Houzz and reached out based on other reviews. Our initial project was a kitchen remodel. The combination of their design, price and responsiveness awarded them the project over another more well known (to us) company. Additionally, they offered a fully turnkey solution, which was important to us. I cannot say enough good things. The project was done on time (completed in 4 weeks when they’d estimated 4-6) and they were highly responsive and communicative throughout. They came up with suggestions that improved our original concept, while being sensitive to our budget. The work sight was clean every day and our home never felt like a construction zone. We ended up with a fantastic end result. Additionally, in the midst of the kitchen project, we had a need for some basic drywall and painting work at another property. Chris fit it into the schedule and got it completed on an accelerated timeline. This group was a pleasure to work with throughout.

More For Less Remodeling completed our master bath remodel on December 12, 2017. We are most impressed with Chris and Angela's installers. They were professional, hard working, and did an outstanding job. Cheri and I plan on using More For Less Remodeling to do our new kitchen and deck this summer. Great job! Brian and Cheri Borsch
