We spent a year building a custom house with Curtis and moved in the in the spring of 2015. He helped us from the design stage to move in day. The whole process could not have been better. Curtis is very responsive to our requests and ideas and would take the time to research components that we suggested. Curtis also worked with the suppliers to get us exactly what we wanted. His trades were all exceptional and Curtis was present every day to manage the build and make sure the house was progressing. He has a great eye for detail and so all of the aspects of the house were built to a very high standard. Curtis also has a very good design aesthetic and helped with many aspects of the design and finishing of the house. Curtis also delivered our beautiful new house on time and on budget. After we took possession Curtis is still available to help tweak any issues or deal with any of our questions. We would highly recommend Curtis to anyone who wants to build a custom house as the process truly was a pleasure. We purchased a spec-built home from Defined Luxury Built in May 2013. It was my first new home, but my spouses fourth new home. Our experience with the company and owner (Curtis) was and is fantastic to this day. Even in our second year of ownership, after the new home warranty, Defined continues to back up their build. We had a small problem with one of the appliances and Curtis intervened with the manufacturer to ensure we received satisfaction even though the warranty had expired. This home is definitely worth the extra money we paid. It is certainly a case where you can not put a price on quality. Especially in this day and age where quality appears to be everyone's buzz-word, but no one's mantra! I would not hesitate to buy another home from Defined, and will likely seek them out for our next project. Professional all the way!
