We hired Natalia to stage our duplex for sale late 2018. She did a wonderful job. The floor plan at the duplex was awkward, it had a narrow family room and the dining room was really only the nook and not spacious either. She picked the right furniture and arranged in such a way as to bring functionality back to an almost unusable space and made it look great too. The market at the end of 2018 was cooling so we didn't have many serious inquiries, but we managed to sell and escrow closing was in the first few days of 2019. I firmly believe that had it not been for the creativity and artistry of Natalia in staging our duplex, it would still be on the market today.
