We worked on a large project with Kelly and Nathalie and appreciated that they were willing to invest a lot of time in the preliminary stages to make sure the floor plan and finish selections were perfect prior to starting any construction. They also offered some excellent design/layout suggestions which turned out fantastically. They did a great job keeping the project on budget and responding to any issues that came up. Overall, we love our finished project and would work with them again!

We really enjoyed working with Nathalie and Kelly. The design process was collaborative and their experience based recommendations were extremely valuable. Custom cabinetry/carpentry work is first class. Nathalie was true to her word that she "doesn't go over budget"! We are looking forward to working with them again in the future.

When our original kitchen cabinet-maker pulled out on us at the 11th hour, we had to scramble to find an alternative. Luckily we found Creative Innovations who were able to get us back on track. The Creative team were amazing all around, from Nathalie who helped finalize the specs and kept us on our original budget, to Kelly and team who built a beautiful product, to Keith who handled the installation and made sure we were well taken care of. Our kitchen looks AMAZING! I highly recommend Creative Innovations.

We are thrilled with the work done by Creative Innovations & Designs Inc. We had a tight timeline to work with and many issues come up like asbestos and electrical issues, leaks and they still managed to finish the entire upper floor of our home, 7 rooms in 3.5 months. They went above and beyond what was asked and we're thrilled with the construction and design. So many personal touches unique to us made the space feel special. They really took the time to get to know our lifestyle and taste and put everything together beautifully. Highly recommend hiring them for your next project.

The Creative Innovations team is highly skilled and did a fantastic job. The craftsmanship was top of the line as they created some beautiful cabinets with creative finishing's. There post renovation service and communication was great as they made sure we were totally satisfied. I found their team to be very knowledgeable, professional and respectful.

This company did a show-stopping kitchen renovation for us. Nathalie and Kelly are great to work with and go out of their way to make sure you are on board with every decision. Nathalie works diligently to address your taste and style and goes the extra mile to accomplish that; from material and color selections, lighting options and working with your taste and style. She is always available to answer questions or offer solutions, awesome lady. Kelly is a true professional and works hard to build a quality cabinet that will last and stand the test of time. His soft closing doors and drawers are fantastic and Kelly will always make adjustments until they are perfect. This company uses quality trades people, who not only do an awesome job, but take great pride in their work; from the tile setter, (Mark truly is a tile genius), to the floor layer, (Jose, who truly does an excellent job), and all the rest of the trades. All chosen well by Kelly and Nathalie to facilitate a quality renovation done in a timely fashion and during Covid restrictions. This company is totally upfront with you on time-lines, budget and are so willing to discuss options and give you the final outcome you have visualized. Both Kelly and Nathalie are hands on people, so don't be surprised to see them on site working away wherever they are needed. We had been searching for a long time for a team we trust to do our kitchen reno. We have had projects go wrong in the past with unqualified trades people, people not showing up, unexpected cost increases, and poor quality. Working with Creative Innovations was the best experience ever. They run a tight ship there. Our project was on time, amazing quality and somehow came in under budget! The team showed up when they said they would, cleaned up after every job, and did amazing work. I think the game changer is Nathalie- she was our project manager and makes sure everything runs smoothly. Not only that, any random question I had, I would text her and she would get back to me immediately. It was an absolute pleasure to work with this team and we are in love with our new kitchen! We have so much more functional space, a beautiful design, and quality cabinetry and countertops that will last!

Working with Nathalie and Kelly was very easy from the initial consultation to the final walkthrough. Nathalie worked with my style and looked for materials and fixtures to fit my wishes. Refreshed the entire house with a major reno of the kitchen, front entry, mudroom, and master bathroom. The entire house was touched. The house looks great. Followups have been minor and any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. I'm very happy with the responsiveness and timeline. The budget was clearly outlined and we actually came in under budget! Would recommend them for large or small projects. Give them a call!

Great company, great product. Everything turned out better than expected and they worked with us to change and finish in the fly within budget!!! Which says a lot on a custom job.

Kelly and his organization were excellent to work with. Early in the process, he recommended a designer that we collaborated with remotely, she understood my ideas and was able to put them to paper so we could see them come to life. Kelly is an excellent craftsman with an eye for detail. His quality of work was superb. His suggestions were relevant and welcome through our the entire process. He was able to divert us from making design and mechanical mistakes along the way. His casual relaxed nature made working with him a pleasure. We highly recommend Kelly and Creative Innovations!
