Cement Elegance

Excited to use my new fire pit!!! This will make cold nights on the lake the best. It was nice getting a custom fire pit. Just the size I wanted.

We have partnered with Cement Elegance for many years and have always found them to be professional, friendly and have the highest standard of quality.

My wife and I began investigating the use of concrete for counter surfaces in our master bath some time ago. We heard about Concrete Elegance as one option compared to the more common cast concrete. We decided to take a look at their showroom display. Several colors were shown as well as different sink bowl creations. Several stops were made to see just where we would go on our projects and thanks to great help we finally ended up a decision to use their product not only in our master bathroom but also in the powder room. They modified colors to create samples which we worked with in our planning. One of the colors they made for us was chosen for our master bath project. The unfortunate thing is that we talked about a color but not a specific sample so when our countertop was delivered and installed we were displeased. We stated we were willing to pay for resurfacing the color to bring it in line with our original plan. That would involve taking the countertop back to redo it once again. To our surprise they jumped in for a very fast completion on their end as they knew we had the project going on for a long time. We expected an additional amount of money would be required, but they wouldn't hear of that as they were very interested in our being happy with their product. All in all, from the first talks to the last, the staff has been great. They have bent over backward to please us. Needless to say we have made a point to drop off sweets from time to time as we really appreciate them.

Cement Elegance makes beautiful counter tops! We hired them in the past to fabricate and install custom concrete counters for a customer and were very happy with their work, it's nice to work with professionals who are there to answer all your questions and also very communicative with the homeowner. I hope to work with them again in the very near future.

Working with them is always a pleasure, as they are able to provide drawings for approval, as well as custom installations for various applications. The creative side of making a custom furniture piece was my favorite.
