I found Patty Jones on Houz and met her as soon as I arrived in Bend. She is professional, talented, and efficient. She listens to what you need and begins immediately designing your dream vision for your home. My home is more than I and my husband imagined. She is a delight to work with and is so very attentive and truly cares about making her client happy.

Patty Jones is a professional designer who knows how to listen. She helps you sift through what would otherwise be an overwhelming number of options, while never losing sight of your budget and your personal style. She always knew coming deadlines and kept the enormous project of building our new house moving along. My husband and I enjoyed her company and her assistance was invaluable to us.

Patty was recommended to me by our contractor, and I'm so thankful she was. From the beginning to the end she was instrumental in helping us execute our vision for turning the vacation rental house we retired to into a full time beautiful home. Our remodel was extensive with hundreds if not thousands of choices to be made. I simply couldn't have done it on my own. Patty kept us on track, was in constant communication with the contractor, and was patient with me as I worked through the choices. I almost wish I had another house to remodel so I could work with Patty again!

Patty is awesome! She is professional, prompt and a pleasure to work with. She spearheaded a remodel and design project for us from afar and made things so easy. She stuck to our budget and even cut costs in some areas without compromising the integrity of the project. We love what she chose and she had everything done when she said she would. Patty Jones has assisted us with a new construction build in Broken Top, Bend Or. She has walked side by side with us and assisted on every level from day 1. Thankfully we selected her prior to selecting a contractor as she had great advice in that area. Having never built a home before i was very reliant on her knowledge and expertise. She knows the best contractors to hire, sub contractors, the vendors for tile, carpet, wood flooring etc. Her sense of style is excellent. I started a Northwest Lodge style home but half way through wanted to be more transitional. No problem! She has an eye for many different styles. This home was scheduled to be on the Tour of Homes (2019) but due to last winters weather we missed it. I am sure she would have walked away with several awards. We were introduced to Patty Jones Design through our friend/neighbor whose home we greatly admire, when we decided to remodel and refurnish our new home. We contacted Patty from the Houzz web link because we were new to the Central Oregon area, and we were building a new home. My husband and I planned on tackling most of the design issues ourselves, because we did not have a large budget for these services, and, we wanted to be as much a part of independently creating our house, as we could. We narrowed down the areas that we would need to use a professional consult. Patty was responsive, and she offered several options of service that would work for our needs and budget. We mainly consulted with Patty on our color options for walls, cabinets, flooring, and masonry. Her color options were "spot on". She gave us our biggest help on tile color, style and layout. She worked well with the tile installer, and with any purchasing needed. She was very helpful to me when I needed confirmation of my fixture, or lighting choices, or honest, if she felt we were going the wrong way. I was able to ask at any time for her feedback. Patty is professional, approachable, available, reasonably priced, and does not ever make you feel intimidated. She knows how to follow the lead of the client, to allow them to make it "their own", and how to lead the client, when needed.
