We are six months into a 7-month remodel, in addition to the months of prior planning, and our experience has far exceeded our hopes. The Nip Tuck team is impressive! Nip Tuck first remodeled our kitchen, and we were so impressed that we asked them to return for several additional projects. I have never worked with a contractor of this caliber. From the owner to the designer, the crew leads, and every member of the team, each person who entered our home approached their work with exceptional skill, care, and professionalism. Measurements were double-checked, and extra attention was given to details—such as adjusting for crooked walls and ceilings—so that everything fit perfectly. They even repaired squeaky floors before laying the new flooring. The results are absolutely stunning. I want to give special recognition to Allison, our designer. Having little knowledge of kitchen design, I relied on her expertise throughout the process. She patiently answered my many questions, offered honest and thoughtful advice, and presented a wide range of options. I began with only a vague vision, but with her guidance, we created something far beyond what I imagined. What impressed me most is their commitment to standing behind their work. A year after the remodel, the team returned and noticed a small crack in the ceiling that I hadn’t even seen. Without hesitation, they scheduled a time to repair it. That level of follow-through is rare and speaks volumes about their integrity and dedication to quality. If anyone is considering a remodel or home project, I wholeheartedly recommend Nip Tuck. The pictures are a small static slice of the full remodel. They don't convey how the house has kept the character but been molded to our life. The kitchen went from a cramped afterthought (I'd run into the ceiling) to a bright, open and welcoming space. Exactly what I was hoping for. That's only one room tho: The whole house had the same care and attention applied. We even found a way to incorporate a nice setup for my cats. All within budget and on time - even considering the challenges on the way. When shopping for remodeling we got proposals from several contractors and real estate agents. Nip Tuck impressed us with the considerate and detailed planning. We had numerous concerns of whether remodeling was even a worthwhile project. We received several all-round reasonable proposals. Nip Tuck, in particular, demonstrated a clear competence in project planning and being responsive to our situation. My partner and I were and still are amazed (and inspired) by April's competence. Brian was seemingly infallible: Every problem we seemed to encounter was... suddenly not a problem and resolved or explained. Fantastic all round. When my partner was describing how nice one of Nip Tuck's employees was at resolving their concerns: I knew they were talking about Noah. Lovely carpentry; lovely person. Our situation, like many, was unique. The risk was high that the design of the house was going to end up a mess between existing construction and our esoteric requirements. Allison managed to thread the needle precisely: We ended up with a design that looks lovely and will last.

We had an incredible outcome working with Nip Tuck on the remodel of our main living spaces in our 1978 home. Their team crafted a remarkable design that completely opened up our previously small and separate kitchen, dining room, living room, and entryway. Having planned a remodel since purchasing the home in 2007, we had even created several design ideas ourselves. However, Nip Tuck’s designer surprised us with a bold, open floorplan that made the most of the existing architecture; incorporating a large walk in pantry and a huge wood clad aluminum slider opening onto our 2nd story deck (that we initially thought was beyond our budget!). It was a concept we never would have imagined, and we are thrilled with how it turned out. We are so glad we invested time upfront in the design process. The best remodeling companies understand just how crucial this stage is. While it is not inexpensive, it is well worth the investment. Spending more time and money on design ensures that you will truly love the final space. We are happy with how the design was carried out during construction. The project was completed on schedule and within budget. Nip Tuck ran a lean construction crew, managed the project efficiently, and brought in an extra contract carpenter to keep everything on track. Even the production manager stepped in to help when needed. Now, a year after completion, we are still delighted with our new space. It is a joy to live in our home, and we look forward to working with Nip Tuck again for future remodeling projects.

We had a wonderful experience working with Nip Tuck Remodeling. They remodeled our kitchen and bathroom and did a few other projects in our home. They were helpful, always available to answer questions, and were very detail-oriented. We appreciated that all members of the team were honest, executed all of the elements of the project well, and worked efficiently. We worked with people on all levels of staff and seniority. This is a long overdue review of Nip Tuck Remodeling and the great staff they have that worked with us on our project. Remodeling a home is stressful with all of the decisions to be made and April and Allison started our journey by carefully walking us through the budget and design phase. They struck a good balance of giving us time to consider the options and guide us to make decisions so that the project could move forward on time. Allison has a great design sense - seeking our opinions and sharing her professional know how to make all the functionality and materials coalesce into a beautiful final product. Our kitchen in particular, is a work of art and so well laid out for cooking, cleaning, and entertaining. We also feel she did a great job of updating our spaces while keeping some of the original 1968 design pieces in place and still make sense like the old fireplaces & the original floor to ceiling wood windows in the main living spaces. We loved her idea to keep the fun original orange color in our kids bathroom by integrating it into new sleek faucets. What's truly impressive is how Nip Tuck kept to our timeline as we only had about 4 months to be out of our house. There were setbacks and Brian consistently found ways to stay on time. Brian and the entire construction team (Jesse, Noe, Tyler, Noah, & Steve) were all professional and easy to work with. They take pride in their work and we're so grateful to them for what they've expertly created. With any project there are always some challenges and we did have a few. For example, it was next to impossible to match the few new doors we got with our original 1968 doors. Nip Tuck came as close as they could, even sending the doors out to the best color matching business around. My advice to other homeowners is to replace all the doors if you want a wood grain or just keep all of the old doors to avoid this problem. The other option is to paint all the doors if you're willing to go this route. With other challenges, Nip Tuck was quick to problem solve or offer a different solution. All in all, we are very happy with how everything turned out and we're thankful to Nip Tuck for all their hard work, problem solving, and fairness. They truly worked with us on everything and created a beautiful home that we are elated to be living in day in and day out.

We hired Nip Tuck Remodeling to repair some water damage to our house. My wife and I were absolutely amazed with the level of professionalism each person we dealt with had with us as well as with our 2 kids. Kyle, the Project Manager, was fantastic and did a great job keeping us up to date and informed throughout the entire process. He was a great point of contact for us to have. Each of the guys, Jessie, Noah and Jose were VERY nice. They were courteous and respectful, they cleaned up after themselves, they didn’t use any bad language. We could not have been happier with the amazing level of service we got from each person we dealt with. We have several other projects and will definitely use these guys again.

We are very happy with the work Nip Tuck did for us and highly recommend them. We were looking for a design/build firm that would help us through the entire project. After living in our house for 40 years, it was time for a full house refresh. Nip Tuck expanded and remodeled our kitchen and opened up sight lines on the first floor while still retaining separate living, dining, kitchen and family rooms. Our project also included moving the laundry upstairs, redesigning the primary bathroom, and refreshing the second bathroom and powder room. Emma and April were great to work with during the design process. Once the design was approved, Emma worked with us over the next few weeks to select materials (cabinets, floor coverings, tile, plumbing and lighting fixtures, wall color, etc.) At the end of the design phase, Nip Tuck provided a fully itemized budget and time schedule which became the basis for the construction contract. We really appreciated Nip Tuck's up-front planning and that went into the project. Construction went very smoothly, with weekly on-site meetings with the project manager and designer. Communication with us during the project was excellent. Nip Tuck adhered to the time schedule, with only a 2-3 week delay due to the kitchen sink which arrived with a crack and had to be re-ordered. Follow-up after project construction was outstanding, with Jesse taking care of any adjustments or little things we noticed after moving in. We also hired Nip Tuck to do several small projects (change light switches and outlets, install new baseboards) on an hourly basis to complete our full house refresh in the remaining rooms. Everyone at Nip Tuck was great to work with and they do excellent work. We are very happy customers!

We first met the owner and staff members at a local remodeled homes event in our area. We loved the work that was performed at the owner's home. It was thoughtfully designed and flawlessly executed. We then interviewed the company to discuss remodeling our family room and update a guest bedroom. April, the owner, met us at our home, then provided a rough quote for our project. Next we met with a project estimator who contacted various contractors for a more precise quote. After agreeing to the project, we met with a designer who presented the estimate, the timeline, and the next steps. Our designer helped us make important decisions on: cabinets, cabinet pulls, lighting placement, quartz countertop treatment, sink, faucets, carpeting, paint and trim colors. All the materials were ordered prior to starting the demolition and the remodel. We truly appreciated this business model! Due to the expert coordination with the project manager, carpenters and various sub-contractors -- our entire project from start-to-finish was only 6 weeks. The outcome is beautiful, there were no surprises, and we are extremely pleased. The Nip Tuck staff and their sub contractors are cheerful, considerate, and very professional. The strongest endorsement that we can provide is that we would hire Nip Tuck again for another project at our home.

We are a family with 4 kids and 2 dogs, and we were putting off a full home remodel for years because it seemed like it would be a lot of work and stressful. My husband kept pushing it off because he was so worried about finding a good design/build company (we had heard horror stories). I finally convinced him that our house was falling apart, and we needed to find a good company to do all of the work for us. Every single person who entered our home was kind, friendly, respectful, hard-working and knew their skills well. We had such a great experience working with Nip Tuck Remodeling! The team has so much experience and provided thoughtful and astute recommendations throughout the process. This was our first remodel experience, and I’m so glad we chose to work with Nip Tuck – so many of our friends have had bad remodel experiences with other providers, and the Nip Tuck team never let us down. The crew always showed up when scheduled, the pricing was super clear, the quality and craftmanship were excellent, and there were no surprises at the end of the process. It’s been a few years since we did the big remodel, and everything, from caulking to drywall to flooring, is still as lovely as the day of installation. One of the great things about working with Nip Tuck is that they are there for clients in the years after the large project. For example, we recently needed some carpentry work done in the kitchen along with a few other small projects, and Nip Tuck fit us into their schedule, working on these in between their big remodeling jobs. If you’ve tried to get expert carpentry done in King County for a small project, you know how challenging it is to find someone. Jesse did an amazing job making sure all the little details were taken care of, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!

We had our kitchen remodeled by them in 2020. They were amazing to work with! After work had to stop due to COVID shutdowns, they came back a few weeks later and were extremely careful and safe, while finishing on time. We are thrilled with the results and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality remodeling company!

We completed a whole house remodel in 2022 with Nip Tuck and feel so lucky to have found them through a referral. We have a rambler that has had several updates over the years but we were wanting a cohesive feel from one end of the house to the other. We were so excited to see Allison's initial design plan that there was no hesitation to continue the process with Nip Tuck. From the beginning until the end, we were included in all phases of the remodeling process. Most of the materials were ordered well in advanced which kept them on the expected schedule. We were living out of town during the remodel but was kept informed & updated through a wonderful system called Builder Trend. We also looked forward to our weekly phone calls with Brian, our PM. We were fully prepared and warned by friends that didn't use Nip Tuck to hate the remodeling process but the entire remodel was so unexpectedly enjoyable! Although we were excited to move back into our gorgeous home, we had some sadness when we said goodbye to the crew. We really can't say enough about the staff at Nip Tuck. April has done a wonderful job hiring a talented team of experts. Allison, Brian, Jesse, Marv, Noah and all the rest of the wonderful staff are truly the best. Nip Tuck is very disciplined, and their project schedule is not just a guess or suggestion it is a total commitment. Their design assistance was very valuable by taking our peculiarities and adding their advice and suggestions ending up with a great design. During the project their folks always asked our opinion about the little things (like exact placement) and offered their suggestions to make sure the end installation was perfect. Their quoting process was accurate and we knew what we were getting involved with from the very beginning. We would definitely recommend them.

Nip Tuck Remodeling made some bold moves, where we took down walls and widened entry ways into the bathroom and our kitchen. Our home is a hub of activity for family gatherings so the design-build team meticulously went through the list of needs and wants and allowed us to have these spaces unique to our taste. The team members were so good, from the demolition through the final tile installation and carpentry.

We had two separate projects with Nip Tuck, and we're really happy with both our new master bath and kitchen/family room areas. They worked with us to come up with designs that we are really happy with, and stayed within our budget. Their experience with and skill in helping us make decisions about cabinetry, lighting and flooring was great. We had an excellent experience with Nip Tuck Remodeling for our recent house project. The project truly was on time, on budget and done with purpose as advertised. We added new hardwoods/stained old hardwoods throughout the main floor, added a new entryway stair system, combined our kitchen/dining room by removing a wall, painted the entire first floor (including wood work), and made other minor updates to the first floor of the house. Both my husband and I are very happy with the outcome and love our updated home! From the start, we had a great experience. April and Julie, in the front office, made us feel like our project was important at all times. The designer, Allison, was outstanding and so helpful for me in my decision making process. David, the project manager, was excellent...patient, organized, communicated everything clearly, and kept everything running right on time. All of the subcontractors were great. They all did high quality work, were on time and came when expected, were personable and trustworthy in my home. Buildertrend, the app that was used for my project, was very helpful. It had budget/payment info, a live work schedule, pictures, communication, etc. I appreciated that! I've had major construction done in my house two other times and was happy both times. But my experience with Nip/Tuck truly went above and beyond my other experiences. April and her team run an excellent company/service and I couldn't recommend them higher. Thank you!

I had a very good experience with NIP Tuck remodeling who recently completed a kitchen remodel for me. The project was completed on time and on budget with a beautiful design. I had a fixed budget and April worked closely with me to make sure I made this..which was a high priority for my husband. The team ..and subcontractors were managed to a published/updated/ detailed project plan on builderstrend which was perfect for me. All of the team members were very easy to work with and communicate to. Most importantly, I love my new kitchen. Nip Tuck recently completed a large remodel for our family's 1980's Redmond home. We have lived in the home for over 15 years. Although we still loved the character, it was in need of a major overhaul. We wanted it to feel brand new but retain that character. Almost every room in our home received attention, including full downstairs remodel of the kitchen, great room, laundry, and powder rooms. The results were beyond our expectations! We love that we get to live here for many more years. April (the owner) was highly engaged from the onset of the project as we worked thru design, estimates, and expectations. As a professional project manager myself, I was impressed with the online site/app that allowed us to track the daily schedule, interact with the team, and manage payments. We knew what we wanted going in, but April and her PM, David, brought design ideas to the table that we hadn't considered, and in some cases, were just plain better. Having a master calendar was very useful for knowing what would be done and when.The work was well done and we were able to complete it on time and on budget. We recently hired Nip Tuck Remodeling for a renovation on our kitchen. We were happy with the layout of our kitchen but wanted to do a complete "face-lift" on it, as the finishes were outdated. Working with April and her team was great. They were organized and had excellent communication with my husband and I throughout the duration of the project. They take the time to complete a thorough "planning" phase before the project ever begins; therefore, you know exactly what to expect and when it will happen moving forward. The designer was extremely helpful in assisting us with selecting finishes and making our vision become a reality. The schedule they provided us was followed to the "T" and we came in right at the overall budget we had initially discussed. There were two issues that required attention on the project. Both of these issues were handled in a very professional manner with excellent communication and reassurance that they would be resolved - and they were. We could not be happier with the outcome of our kitchen and would certainly work with Nip Tuck on future projects.

We hired April and the Nip Tuck team for a complete first floor remodel of our 1973 home including removal of walls, 2 bathroom upgrades, and full reconfiguration of a tiny, dated kitchen. After meeting with numerous contractors it was clear that April has a great eye for design and in fact she started conceptually designing my new kitchen at our first meeting and walk-through, long before being hired. Other contractors were unwilling to share any ideas, or simply didn't have any! April was highly responsive throughout the project and addressed all questions, potential issues, and requested changes quickly; we came in on time within 2 days and on budget with just a couple small change orders. I have talked to many, many friends and neighbors who are amazed at that level of project success as it is very rare. April is very good at communicating with her customers, She provided us with a detailed outline at the outset of how the project would proceed. The Nip Tuck crew stayed on track with that schedule throughout the entire project, The individuals performing the actual work seemed quite experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. Her mantra is "good enough is not good enough." She wants her customers to be extremely happy with the end results and will do whatever she can do make this happen. For example, there had been a mistake with one of the cabinets. I was disappointed but thought I could live with it. April would not hear of it and said it needed it to be put right. In December of 2014 our house flooded, destroying almost half of our livable space, including the kitchen. We had long contemplated a remodel, but this event forced our hand. We scanned the market for contractors, narrowed the field to two and hired April/Nip Tuck. To be honest, we didn't know what to expect and were a bit nervous. The bottom line, though, is that April and her team and subcontractors did an exceptional job. They listened to us, kept us calm, and delivered our project in a professional, courteous and timely manner. Her slogan of "On time, on budget, on purpose" is more than just a platitude, it's how she does business. The result is a spectacular kitchen which we love to cook in and just be in. It is contemporary and beautiful without being ostentatious. The balance of the work was creative and has made for a very livable house with efficient spaces, including the conversion of a sauna into a laundry nook with a sliding barn door on the upper level and a reconfigured and discrete powder room on the main floor. Finally, April was absolutely fantastic in dealing with our insurer. Calm, confident and persistent in pointing out the flaws and gaps in the adjuster's process. We recovered more than three times the initial offer and April was instrumental in achieving that. We would HIGHLY recommend April and Nip Tuck to anyone considering a remodel.

We worked with April and her crew to do a major bathroom renovation on our 1961 home. The project involved turning a woefully outdated and undersized master bathroom into a much larger, modern and more functional bathroom with a walk-in closet by taking over the floor space from an adjacent hallway bathroom, and relocating the hallway bathroom. We also had some additional painting, mill work, and door replacement on the main floor. We spent about 5 months working w/ April to plan the complete project, and another 4 months for demo/construction. We highly recommend Nip Tuck Remodeling. Very thorough, easy and pleasant to work with, and great work. No cost overruns, and the job was completed on schedule. We are very happy with the whole process and with the quality and appearance of the end result. Here are some of the things that really stood out: - Upfront planning and preparation was very detailed. April works on a fixed cost bid basis, not time and materials. This required a lot of upfront work and back and forth to get to a firm bid that was within our budget. This process was a bit tedious and time consuming, but well worth the effort, as we knew exactly what we were paying and what we were getting in return. We had a few areas in the budget where a firm cost couldn’t be provided until they started doing demo, but were given allowances in the budget for those items which turned out to be fairly close to the actual cost. Other than a few relatively minor change orders that we made during the construction, everything else occurred as planned w/ no surprises on cost. - April was very flexible and accommodating w/ us and our budget. She had no issues w/ us sourcing the some of the materials (i.e. lighting fixtures, stock cabinets), which allowed us to save quite a bit of money. She also carved out a week in the construction schedule so that we could bring in our own hardwood floor refinisher that our friend had recommended. - We had a few issues that came up during the remodel (which we expected with a job of this magnitude). Every issue was dealt with in a professional and courteous manner. - Once the lighting had been put in the master bathroom, we noticed one area that was too dim. April agreed and felt that this was an oversight on the design. She had an additional recessed light installed at her expense.

Nip Tuck helped us remodel our kitchen and we couldn't be happier with the results. We have a child with special needs and had put off this needed project for many years, concerned about the disruption such a project would cause the household. We felt April was very sensitive to our family's situation from the first time we met. She is very professional and detail oriented. She guided us through every step of the process. During the planning stages, she helped us modify the plans until it looked “just right” and fit into our budget. As we were about to begin, we were given a schedule for the project with information about what was to be done each day. The project stayed on schedule! All the contractors who came to our house arrived when they said they would (or we were informed about delays) and were very respectful. The job site was left clean and tidy each day. April and Kari (our project manager) were always available to answer questions or concerns. With any large project, there are bound to be little glitches here and there. April and Kari (our project manager) addressed them all, often going “above and beyond.” The end result is a beautiful new kitchen. We live in a small 1950s bungalow in West Seattle (900 sq. ft.) and when we bought our home, remodeling the kitchen was the first thing on our to-do list. The kitchen was in it's original state which meant a tiny cramped space, old cabinetry, no dishwasher or disposal and an extremely minimal amount of countertop. After working with April and Joy (from Abodian Cabinets), we came up with a design that completely opened up our space to the rest of the house and created a lot more functional space. We took the kitchen down to the studs and removed a few walls and a supporting post along the way, getting a completely brand-new kitchen in the process. My husband and I continued to live in our small home throughout construction and while it was invasive (as it undoubtedly would need to be) April's team took great care in ensuring everything was protected and that dust in our living area would be as minimal as possible. It was very helpful to have the calendar April provided of the expected work to be done each day and week. The team was always available for a quick call to answer any questions we might have. We had a couple unexpected bumps along the way, but April and our project manager Kari (who was constantly going above and beyond) helped correct them as quickly as possible with minimal addition to our project timeline. We now have a kitchen that we adore and is so functional. 6 months later everything is still working well and we know that should anything arise, April and her team will be there to help. I had been enduring my kitchen for the past 20 years. There were odd angles everywhere, never enough convenient storage, things were always shoved to the back of cabinets and forgotten, counters were piled high with appliances and clutter, and there was no good working space. Enter April Bettinger of Nip Tuck Remodeling... April sat down with me and patiently suffered through my rendition of kitchen woes. She helped me identify my real needs and my greatest frustrations. She gave me ideas of how I could incorporate my family room with the kitchen and create a much more welcoming and functional space. She worked with the crazy odd angles and turned them into advantages. She started out by taking detailed measurements, and then produced several different floorplans with 3D renderings for my consideration, complete with ballpark estimates for each estimate. This made it easy for me to narrow in on a single option that was within my price range. And she did all this preliminary work free of charge or obligation! After the contract was negotiated, April and her team at Abodian (Cabinetry) worked closely with me to select woods, flooring, counter tops, tile, appliances, etc. April steered me clear of cheap shortcuts that I would have regretted, finding high-quality alternatives at prices I could afford. For instance, I was originally thinking of Formica counter-tops, but April dragged me to a granite supplier out in Kirkland, where I was able to find a granite slab I just loved, full of gorgeous crystalline and garnet inclusions, at an economy price. I grew to trust April so much that I felt comfortable timing the demolition to coincide with a family vacation, so I missed the worst of the mess. When we returned from vacation, the remodel was well under way. Her carpentry team was very professional and tidy, and they made sure my hardwood floors were protected and dust shields were installed between the construction zone and the rest house, as well as dust filter protection over the heating air intakes. They even got along well with our two dogs! The job was entirely done on schedule in less than 4 months. I was impressed by the high quality of work and attention to every last detail. There were no major surprises, and change order work was on the order of perhaps $1,000, which is nothing on a project of this scope! I am loving my new kitchen! From the new hardwood floors, to kitchen counters, to painting and base, to fixtures and appliances, the project was a huge success. The Nip Tuck suppliers were excellent. April assembled a great team and we are thrilled with our new master bathroom. April was accessible and responsive from start to finish. Communication was clear, consistent and we were able to keep our project reasonably on time and budget (we had a couple of extra things we decided to add on - i.e. the heated tile floor is a dream!). The team of professionals April brought in (carpenter, painters, tiler, electrician...) were excellent and sometimes worked very long days to ensure the schedule was met. We selected a challenging carved tile as our focal point and it was installed beautifully. The attention to detail on carpentry is superb. April also was a great resource for connecting us with a few other vendors we needed to get related aspects of our job done that we chose to manage ourselves (window replacement, closet organizers, carpet). As we were updating our bathroom we decided to do some cleanup/upgrade work to the other upstairs rooms ourselves and with the help of family and other familiar carpenters we could hire directly. This could have been a real challenge but April was extremely open minded and worked with us to try to schedule to avoid conflicts, her subcontractors were cooperative and helpful and it all worked out very well. The overall end result from April is that we now have a gorgeous and functional master suite. A friend said it was like a suite at the Bellagio. We have never been there but we are thrilled that we get to enjoy our beautiful bathroom every day - better than a vacation. Our goals from the start were to try to make our bathroom more functional and improve the look and quality of the room. The existing bathroom had a tiny off the shelf fiberglass shower, a huge underutilized linen closet and an enormous platform with a small sunken bathtub which blocked access to the windows so you had to crawl into the tub to put the shades up/down and some odd wall angles. We also wanted to get rid of the nasty carpet and replace the failed picture windows with some windows that could be opened for better airflow ventilation. From the start April worked with us to figure out a way to utilize our space more effectively. We removed the tub platform and replaced it with a standalone tub and we robbed a little bit of space from the huge linen closet and took an unused triangle of space from the clothes closet to allow for a much larger, nicer shower space. We began our project in mid-September and completed before Thanksgiving. We were certainly thankful to be back to normal and are very grateful to have a lovely updated upstairs. The only issue now is that is nicer upstairs than downstairs. We would recommend April to homeowners looking for a reliable, straightforward contractor who follows through with what she says she'll do, keeps clients informed, is responsive, cooperative and has quality subcontractors doing her work.

Our experience with Nip Tuck was everything we hoped for. They helped us remodel (from top to bottom) our 1950's kitchen to our vision of an open, beautiful cooking space, and enjoy the company of family and friends sitting in our new breakfast nook. Their contractor Marv was an expert, and our cabinets came out gorgeous! The professional staff of women behind the company was awesome. Their designer Joy helped us decide on our granite, tile, flooring, appliances and fixtures. I felt taken care of completely. I had the Nip Tuck team come in and do multiple things in my home. They created a new closet for me in my upstairs rec room, put in granite counter tops in my kitchen, changed out the sink and faucets, and gave me lighting in multiple areas, had a new rug put in as well as a new stove. I needed professional craftsmen from multiple disciplines. Nip Tuck provided that. The work went smoothly and I am very please with the over all result. April's team is very professional and helpful and you know what is going to happen and when. I would work with her team again in a heartbeat.

Nip Tuck Remodeling was recommended to us as a superior company to consider to do our master bathroom remodel. We were not disappointed. We combined our old master bathroom with a smaller adjacent one to make a larger bathroom. Both bathrooms were totally demolished and we had to relocate to a guest room area until the project was completed. They estimated that the project would take seven weeks. We received a detailed budget and weekly calendar. Both were very accurate. We were on schedule and completed the project as promised. The only change orders were owner added work and a small unexpected change. The change orders were less than 2 percent of the project including those added by us. April is great to work with, professional, knowledgeable, and accessible. Her staff and sub contractors were all excellent. The tile work is exceptional as was the work of her carpenter whose finishing work was outstanding. All were respectful of our house and family, polite, on time, and kept the project area clean and orderly as possible. We would definitely recommend Nip Tuck Remodeling and would use them again should we have a project needing their expertise.

We had the Nip Tuck team do a master bathroom remodel for us. Both my husband and I interviewed various other contractors in bidding process, but the NIP Tuck team won by leaps and bounds. That service continued into the design, selection of products, and installation process also. Nip Tuck remodeled our master bathroom and closet. From our first meeting we had confidence in April Bettinger and her very organized approach to understanding our needs and budget and then helping to scope the process accordingly. Nip Tuck's vendors and tradespeople were a delight to work with and each performed as promised with very few call backs or change orders. Once the schedule was set, there was positive progress each work week until the project was done. In eight weeks of construction there were only a couple of days when no trade was on site and that was generally due to the preceding trade finishing earlier than expected. Our bathroom is beautiful, functional, and was constructed within the budget we agreed to at the beginning; except of course for additions that we requested after the fact.
